They sent a different product from that ordered - US -vs- EU version. They agreed that a different product was provided from that ordered but wouldn't adhere to their Returns Policy listed on website and saying that I had to pay return costs. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
Bought a product in good faith
Product did not work and after contacting the company I returned unopened products at my own expense.
Company acknowledged receipt of products but have not refunded me a penny.
