Being in a virtual office can be hard…
Being in a virtual office can be hard as you have no colleagues and may need assistance and sometimes that smile to make your day. I can certainly say you get that in Servcorp. The reception desk team are amazing at any time they will assist and go out of thier way to assist you. I just recently did an early morning breakfast session at Servcorp premise and they made sure guests are directed to the building, welcomed, fed and comfortable.

Great experience with Servcorp
Servcorp AMP Tower Perth were brilliant with manning our phones when we closed the office for an event for the first time ever! The Directors were comfortable that we were still available to our clients during our absence - we will use Servcorp again next time.

Servcorp Barangaroo
On Monday, we had one of our regular meetings at Servcorp, Barangaroo. As usual, the service was impeccable. From the warm welcome at the front desk, to escorting me to our meeting room, everything was perfect. The requested whiteboard was there. The whole facility is ultra clean including the bathrooms. The common kitchen area is maintained during the day and kept in a clean and tidy manner. Any consumables, like napkins, etc are constantly replenished. It is a pleasure to hold meetings there. But the best thing is the staff. Cathy, I think her name was, she provided happy cheerful professional service during our meeting there. Thank you all at Barangaroo!
My feedback on Servcorp services
I have now been running my business from Servcorp Barangaroo almost 18 months. When we first moved in, the Manager in charge was Jasmine which we found to be very friendly alongside the team especially Tahlia.
here is some of the services we used to get:
* 4.00 pm someone would come around with a trolley and pick up our coffee or water glass from our room
* The greetings at the front desk was always pleasant no matter how many times you go pass the reception, there was an eye contact or some form of connection
* The Phone calls we used to get was from the reception and they would introduce the client to us and connect to us
* we had monthly drinks or fortnightly breakfast and the whole floor used to huddle and cuddle together.
Unfortunately that only lasted about 6 weeks and we had another manager Ruchel, a lovely lady that started after Jasmine went away to get married.
There was still some love around the office but not as much as our first week probably 60% dropped, however the receptionist; Jessica, Tahlia and Matilda were still keeping the vibe on with organising once a month floor meeting.
After about 6 months all those services that i mentioned above dropped all together, so i would get phone call come through to my phone without any introduction from the receptionist, the greeting at the desk was sometimes pleasant.
We noticed the receptionists started to leave starting with Matilda, then there was Jessica and finally Tahlia.
The whole office buzz was gone once they left and to top it up Ruchel moved on and that was it.
we did get a new manager but unfortunately we weren't introduced properly.
For the premium that we are paying here i would have expected a professional breakfast or drinks that she introduces her to the whole floor.
If it was me, i would have gone around the office and introduced myself to every single office personally and welcomed them but then again that's just the way i see it.
Servcorp is a well established international organisation with offices in Premium buildings all around the world, i have received exceptional services in the past in the MLC building back in 2014 but unfortunately here in Barangaroo i have been let down and it feels like a 3 star serviced office.
I hope that the buzz is back on the floor so that everyone is energetic and pumped up again like in our first 6 weeks.
i hope you take my feedback and make some changes.

It is a shame to see Rikki-Lee departing however I know that Caite, Lilli and Natasha are always there to look after us and will continue with the excellent level of service that we have experienced so far. They are all a valuable asset to Servcorp.
