Great purchasing Experience!

Had several questions prior to purchasing my new UPS. Chris Lee was very prompt in responding to all of my questions and assisting me in my purchase. They also had the best price. UPS arrived quickly and is installed and working great. Would recommend them and would purchase from them again.

Damaged during shipping but replaced at no cost

We purchased two APC Symmetra power modules, one appeared to have been damaged during shipping. After sending pictures of the damaged unit and box, Simon quickly helped us get a no cost replacement. These are heavy and expensive. Great customer service!!

Don't hesitate to request anything from these quys. Not just server hardware. I purchased some Zebra Printers from them and they are great!

Ordered a power supply from Chris at…

Ordered a power supply from Chris at Server Blink. The power supply was new old stock. Still sealed in the original packaging. Unfortunately it was DOA. Chris went out of his way to expedite me another power supply and get the show on the road in a timely manner.
