Server Case UK Reviews 

I had a major problem placing an order using my default OS of Ubuntu 16.04 and Firefox. Okay, so not a common combination but I order lots of things from many suppliers without any problems. The main issue was that when checking out, whether choosing to check out as a guess or create an account, I got a blank screen and an empty basket. Eventually I used (same OS with) Chromium to create an account, then went back to Firefox to finish the order. There didn't seem to be a way to login except at check out time - not vital but might have been a work around. If it had not been for this then the experience would have been great, but something as vital as this causes a lot of frustration as my immediate though was that I wasn't paying attention and done something wrong, then I tried a few more times with account creation, and of course, frustration increases.

On the plus side, the kit arrived very quickly and all looks good.

Ordered 3 x 1U servers via the phone. Arrived on time, well packed and with the PSUs installed. Can't ask for more really.

Some parts delivered fast. Others took ages so asked for a refund which was accepted. Took about 4 weeks to get my refund. Asked what was taking so long they said because a third party is involved. I said thats not my problem as i had brought the items from them not the third party. Didnt make no difference

I've ordered something that required international shipping. Server Case requires that you pay via PayPal any international orders under £500. Shipment is done with UPS Standard method.
Made the PayPal payment and the order arrived in a week's time (in my case). Only problem was it wasn't the full order. I requested 3 Norco drive bays and received only one. So I contacted Server Case about it, they admitted their mistake and apologized about it, and made the shipment for the other 2.

All in all, a small bump on the road which delayed receiving the entire order, but it all ended well. Received all drive bays in one piece.

I haven't studied their prices for other products, but the Norco SS-500 hot swap drive bays are very affordable (£51 vs. $100 anywhere else I've found them), so I definitely recommend giving this retailer a chance.

Bought the mini PowerNAS to give myself some redundancy in my home file shares. I decided to buy the PowerNAS (freeNAS) and haven't regretted it. Super easy to setup, handles plugins (currently using Plex). Humming along nicely. Did i mention it was quiet?

Dealing Server Case UK for me couldn't have gone more smoothly. Their communication was prompt and concise, fast action on getting the unit out and their shipping (from UK to AU) was super fast. In fact quicker than Australia Post within our borders! (but no surprise there). NAS was packed very well. I would definitely recommend Server Case UK to anyone. Even my enemies.

I've used Server Case UK before and I was happy to see they maintained the high level of services. The product was advertised in stock, was prompty dispatched and delivered as promissed very well packed. Quality was better than expected so overall it was another pleasant experience.

I had a list of specification for a case and approached Server Case UK. The original case I had seen was unavailable but they sent me links to some similar Logic Cases. Thankfully the one i wanted was unavailable as the links they sent matched my specifications alot better. Their customer services are spot on and responded quickly to any queries I had. Delivery was very quick. Got my build put together today and am over the moon with my new case. Thanks to everyone at Server Case UK!

Prompt and friendly service.
The case arrived quicker than expected with everything in it that I needed.
Unlike some cases, all the drive bays had caddies in rather than blanking plates, now I just need to fill it - which is taking longer than the server did to arrive.

Quick delivery and great support

Perfect for my requirements to build a rack mounted pc for using light show software. Is well made and has 3 PWM fans, sadly my mobo only has one case fan plug but luckily found a splitter lead to utilise all three fans.
Has room for a few HDD, 2x 5.25" drive spaces and well laid out for neatness and air flow.
Would definitely buy again.

Had a great price for the case I wanted, as well as lots of information about it. I had a question about delivery, which was resolved very quickly through their chat function, and the person on the other end was very friendly. The product was dispatched very quickly, which was fantastic as I actually ordered it after the cutoff time I was given for the delivery date I wanted, and on a Friday no less. The delivery was quick, next working day as promised, and the product was undamaged. Finally, to top it all off, after the order was complete, I received an email from a sales rep asking if there were any other items that I needed. I will be coming back for any other server parts I may need in the future.

Title says it all, Ordered a 1U 250mm deep server case and later the rails to go with it. Both delivery's came very quickly and were very well packaged.

Good customer service, but long waiting time for products to get in stock. Also very many products are not in stock.

Component arrived quickly and was the correct part.
