I requested that the order be held for …
I requested that the order be held for a few days and they agreed. On the delivery day my order was delivered. I had inadvertently put in the wrong date and the response to clarify the date was very quick.
The packaging ensured that no damage could occur.
I have not installed the cases as yet,but looking at them there will be no problems.
I recommend Serverase and will be quite happy tobuy from them again

Ordered Online, product was showing as in stock online. Got an email advising the product was not actually in stock, agreed a replacement product the next day. Product arrived, well packaged, and worked fine. So overall, happy with the service provided and Server Case UK acted quickly to address an online stock error and were going to investigate the issue with incorrect stock showing online.

Ordered a 24 bay server case on …
Ordered a 24 bay server case on Saturday and it arrived Tuesday. The server is really well built considering it was not to expensive, I'm already looking to buy another case from there for another server build soon.
Also I message their customer service team via the chat portal they were very helpful and quick to respond with what rack rails to pick for the server.
