They're the worst!
They give you a 3 day test on a good server and disallow you from renewing it, claiming that you need to order another one for monthly! The Port bandwith is claimed to be 500 Mbit while it's 300 Mbit at first which they said you're not supposed to get all the 500 and thats okay but now they've lowered it to 15 Mbit!!!! Unbelievable!!! If this is not SCAM then what is? I don't recommend them at all

Shameless thieves, they simply delete your servers for made-up excuses, after less than 3 days of services.
No refunds, no valid excuse, no honesty in communication.

Customer support in livechat does not provide honest information.

I asked about the amount of times they've had downtimes due to maintenance in the previous weeks, and the rep says "I can't exactly, as customer service specs working on shifts and there is no any statistical info for us".

What a bad excuse!

Next I ask how many people complained in the last weeks and this is his reply: "There is always some customer inquiries . But the cases are different".

How am I supposed to know if they are reliable or not when they won't tell me in a transparent manner what their service been liek for the past few weeks?

They rather lie and hide about it just to lure you into a service they can't provide...

What a complete joke of a company!
If this is how they work livechat, i can only imagine how BAD their service are for paying customers. I'm glad i passed after seeing so many negative reviews.

I took a V-Duo DE VPS there.
They mention a 500Mbps bandwidth.
In reality this value is balanced between many customers VPS, so when i download a file from the server, the transfer rate is only arround 3Mo/s and support team of serverhino can't do anything for that.
That's a shame ! What a poor transfer rate for a VPS !

From 30MIN of getting involved with this company, its been nothing but awful. Asked for an immediate refund, they said it would 30 days. Zero accountability and ZERO reputation.

I've had several VPS's with them both Linux and Windows, and currently still have two annual plans. In principle, never had any problems for a long time, except recently for an inexplicable block to access both on their site (which prevented them from doing any type of operation, including opening a ticket to ask for assistance), and a more important block towards the VPSs. Disservice that lasted TOO MUCH (several hours.. 4/5/6h), for a company that sells operations and connectivity on VPS 24/24h 7/7g with an SLA of 99.9%. Disservice which, moreover, caused me a considerable economic loss, since I use their VPS for economic activities. The thing that really makes my rating go down after a year of experience is the fact that, first of all, a serious company would have issued a statement to explain what happened! In addition, of course, to reimburse their customers in some way for what happened (e.g. discount, extension of the paid period, etc.), and instead they recently sent an email to indicate a 10/15% increase on the rates. Important note, a company that is part of ICT services cannot have social profiles (facebook, twitter, etc.) in which its activities have been stopped for years, it is impossible to communicate with them through these channels! I give you a free consultation, make yourself at least a telegram or discord channel, for those like me who need to have direct communication with those who pay for a service, it is unthinkable that an Internet-connected service company is not connected to the Internet !!!!!
Happy to revise my review if one day I see improvements.

The vps service has not been working for more than 15 hours. A complaint was submitted to PayPal to get my money back

No downtime. I haven't had any downtime since signed up in January...

Buy cheap, buy twice. Weak infrastructure overall. They don't have much of a grasp of how to run internet servers. Their passwords work some of the time but they advise you to change them "regularly" They delegate their security responsibilities to the customer. Not recommended.

Negative stars would be better for Serverhino. They are a COMPLETE SCAM. They install crypto miners on your VPS and then accuse you of doing it. They refuse to refund you, even though you've proved that they install malware. DO NOT USE SERVERRHINO.

After a few months of using their VPS services, I had a lot of issues...
Firstly, when I change the password of the VPS, it doesn't work!
Secondly, someone logged into my VPS and opened 12 chrome tabs, history was full of Russian websites !
When I contacted the support about the second problem, they said it's not their issue and that they had only seen 1 successful login into the VPS in the last 30 days and it's from their IP, which is a complete mistake as I had logged into it couple days ago.
So there are just 2 possibilities, their service is far from secure and you are putting yourself at risk of having your information stolen, or serverhino team directly logins into customer VPS and manipulates your processes and data!
