**"ServerHosh Scam? No Support, No VPS Access, and 24h Ignored!
I filed a complaint because I have no access to my VPS, and **S Paul, Director & Senior Manager,** has shown a lack of professionalism. He initially stated in support that the issue would be resolved as soon as possible, but I have now been waiting **24 hours** without any response.
This is a **lack of respect for the customer**, as there is no **technical support available** to properly address the issue.

Their technical support is very trustworthy, especially after replying for the first time can continue to reply in a very short period of time, in addition to the existence of the U.S. servers over-sold resulting in resource consumption other than no other problems!

I bought vps service package , but they didn't give me my package
I bought vps service. they opened a vps with half the features in the package I bought(cpu ram etc.). at the same time, I saw that there was hdd when there should be storage ssd.
I tried to solve the problem by opening a ticket but they did not make the correction.
I requested a refund because I had the right of return. after this request, I never received a response again.
I contacted Razorpay, the payment provider of this company. unfortunately they didn't refund me either because there was no balance in the serverhost account.
In the end, I filed an unfair transaction report from my own bank where I made payments. After 5 months, it was finalized and my money was refunded. Thanks to my real physical bank.
(I have e-mail records for all these things)
Such companies should be shut down!

they are cheep and you get what you pay for. Bad communication, slow response when things break. No understanding of how to communicate down times to customers. May be worth spending a little more somewhere else for long term projects

WORST WORST WORST! DO NOT USE!!!
WORST WORST WORST! This is the worst provider ever! Take your money and run! It took over 4 days to deploy a VPS... seriously! No decent reply to any of my support tickets, the only reply I got was: "Our management department will be better equipped to assist you with this query" What a horrible company! I even created a ticked to cancel my service and it still has not even been looked at.. I will be contacting my creditcard company to create a dispute on the transaction. Will never recommend these horrible people!! I even reachout to the ceo on linkedIn to let him know of my horrible experience.. hoping he could help! No response.... horrible... never ever ever again!

Worst. Provider. Ever
Worst provider ever. Don't use this s.hit. Please. I first the reviews saying that serverhosh is bad, but believed a lot of comments that are saying best providers. I trusted them and that betrayed me. I bought starter vps and waited for about 3 hours. Comparing to other vps providers like conoha which takes 40s to setup or vultr taking up to 10s or GCE taking just a second. And while waiting for 3 hours I asked them when can I get my vps. They send me that they are going to prepare by that day, which means nothing more than our server is just a trash. So I asked again, what time will it be finished. Then after some hours they just refunded whole thing and deleted account. Guys that comment about deleting accounts are real.

I've been using serverhosh for a couple of months now..
I've been using serverhosh for a couple of months now. The support is actually amazing and they respond pretty fast. Their support teams are to my experience so far the best I've seen. The prices on serverhosh are actually really good aswell. Not high at ALL.
They also offer you referral money if someone buys a product with your link.
Amazing service, 5 stars from me

Our TOS is pretty clear from day first and we didn't suspended your vps. We just limited the port speed to 10mbit to keep our other vps user works properly.
Not to recommend bad customer service
I used to have a VPN server at your place. They charged this twice a month. After a server crash all data was gone, because the backup of ServerHosh was lost too. The provision of a new server took time. When I was provided with this one, it was recalculated. So I noticed that you had charged me twice in the past. This money I got back only partially and I am still waiting for the biggest part of the money. For the current month they charged me two bills again. I cannot recommend this company.
Answer
The answer is an impertinence I've written enough tickets already.
I want the double paid money back or what is the problem... and please don't talk me out of it again.

First of all We never said any where that we keep VPS Backup. All of the VPS and Dedicated are totally unmanaged Service where user need to keep their own Backup.
But when ever the Disk or Hardware Fails we always extend the user Billing cycle.
Secondly the Double Payment obviously a big Fault from the user end as the user can only setup a PayPal Subscription from there end and PayPal charge the user. Not us. It's a much misunderstanding between user and the seller.
Lastly do contact us via Ticket and we will surely help you up with your Billing.
Great outage and no refund for future periods
I do not recommend it. More than 16 hours of service downtime is normal for this company. When trying to return money for future periods, the whole team ignores it a week.

I've been with them for awhile now
I've been with them for awhile now, And now wouldn't use anyone else. It's seems they have got over their teething problems and have become a great service. If you compare prices with other services these guy offer more and it costs less. My VPS has been stable for some time now and they have been helpful when I need help.

I wanted to try them, and I bought ...
At first I saw that the speed of downloading and surfing was not close to what was promised.
Software installation also did not work. VNC does not work either.
I sent them a breakdown for over a whole day I corresponded with them.
Their answers are not correct, they think they are right. A sad and angry response.
I asked for help in solving the problems. And they do not.
Very disappointed, too bad. I wanted to check you out, but if you do not speak the truth, and want to stumble, then it's a waste of time.

Great Service for a Great Price
I have been with ServerHosh for over 2 years, the first year I had a windows VPS which have been running great, only time it ever was down was a planned 2 hrs server upgrade.
As I had a great experience with their VPS server I also got a shared hosting plan, once again it was a positive experience, and the customer service was very helpful getting my website moved, which they also were the couple other times I asked for help.
At first I was skeptical since ServerHosh is not as known as some others hosts, but they are both cheaper and have better service than most other hosts, and now it's what I recommend to everyone.

awesome company
im working with them around 2 years, ofcourse we had some small problems but their support works as light speed. always done my problems or questions. i have 3 servers and 1 hosting on serverhosh, 1 server which one hosting my websites, since 1 year even i didnt reset it. everything works as a watch. all is ok, prices also very good. i can offer to all. thank you serverhosh.
