I signed up for a server plan, paying amount X per month for six months. Everything seemed fine at first, but after just three months, they suddenly demanded more then a double of the amount I payed per month! This was a blatant breach of our agreement. I had a binding contract with them, which they arbitrarily decided to change without any notice or justification. To make matters worse, they even shut down my server when I refused to pay the inflated price. Their behavior is completely unprofessional and dishonest.

I will never do business with them again! Avoid these scammers at all costs if you value your money and time!

I was attracted by the privacy-friendly jurisdiction and the low price. Unfortunately the support was essentially non-existent. Server had a bad disk and required frequent rebooting which would take up to several days for staff to respond to my request to do so. I could not even get a response about staff further looking into the problem, I was outright ignored by tech support or my concerns dismissed. I would discourage potential customers from using this provider in the strongest possible terms.

I used their service back in 2015/2016, there was no problem back then. The problem is, I never used their service since then. In October 2020, they charged my Paypal with the same service that I stopped using in 2016. What a joke! Please avoid this company at all costs!

This people are scammers and FRAUDSTERS! Purchased 3 months server from them they stole my money and never given me set at I paid for support never answers and when you ask for full refund you get laughed at.

Great server, got my websites migrated for free too. Highly recommended.

Bad customer service and they threaten to block you if you get to responsive they ignore my questions and dont take the effort to fix the problem
