Website is no longer mainained, certainly not recommended to use. The site is even not secure (expired certificates) and some pages are broken

First my server was stuck on processing for around 6 hours, then when I tried to start it, it would just keep crashing. I have been locked out of the support and billing pages so I am not able to contact support or cancel my subscription.

I have hosted a Mordhau server for about a month with this service, and with no warning from the company or as much as a notification, the site had gone under for several days and emerged--with my server inoperable (for about four days now). Restarting the server does not solve the problem; neither does contacting their support team who refuses to respond. Currently I am paying about $11 dollars a month for their "service."

Also, keep in mind, I have not touched the server configs, nor have I changed any settings before this issue developed; it is purely a site-side issue.

Servers down for more then a day.
Website unreachable.
They would atleast send out an email to inform their clients.
instead they stay quiet.
incompetence is what i call it.
Can't even use another host as i cannot access my latest backup.

Again...What now, every month servers go down for more than a day???

Best services i've ever tried.
i moved my all servers from g-portal to servernetic, since i'm impressed by their service!

This is probably the worst service I have ever dealt with when it comes to server hosts. We had a good run for about a month but when I expanded to 2 more servers immediately all 3 servers started crashing and eventually would not start up. After numerous tickets for a week, these guys ended up closing all my tickets out with no actual fixes to the problems. I requested money back and I am now literally out money for 3 servers that I never got use out of. I would avoid this service completely, they have horrible support and it seems they will take your money and ignore you when they have hardware issues.

Great support response time!
At first I had setup a server and there where some minor issues, I had made a support reqeust and within 10 minutes an response that someone was looking at it.
After 5 minutens the problem was resolved and I can now enjoy a FAST game server.

had some issues setting up but support was helpful and quick to respond back so far the service has been excellent

Great customer service. Really go out of their way to help me. I ordered one of their packages that allows me to switch what game my server is on the fly and they have been really helpful in multiple ways. Even adding something that wasn't required to the startup command line of my server. I highly recommend Servernetic.

The control panel is the best I have used, tailored to the game.

These guys respond to incidents quickly and fix them first time.

Moreover, they LISTEN to suggestions for improvements and ACT on them.

They're response time is good not great. Some bugs on their end preventing me from starting the server software, so I cancelled my sub. I got the impression that they were genuine in stating that they would fix the issue in an indefinite amount of time, but I didn't really have the time to wait due to life etc. 2.5/5 is my rating. I'd give them a 1, but it's only a $7 and change loss, I told them I wouldn't leave a bad review and 2.5 is as low as I can go without being dishonest about that. This was a "Game Server" rental btw, and the game was ARK, the epitome garbage anyway, so it's really hard to blame servernetic given that the people at Ark can't even write a proper shader. Good look servernetic, just be more cognizant of your servers limitations in the future.

After a 4 days the service i bought is still "pending"
