Awful, unprofessional company - damp problem in serviced apt, but owner refuses refund!
My fiancee needed a place to stay in. She booked 2 nights in Stockport, Manchester with this serviced apartment company... terrible decision.
The flat she stayed in had an obvious damp problem, and smelled mouldy. Still, she had to stay. Midnight, on her first night, she had to check out because of the very bad symptoms it was causing her.
We informed the owner the very next morning that she couldn't even stay the night, and had to leave in the middle of the night, so she won't be staying the next night. And this brought to the surface how awfully and unprofessionally the company is run by its owner.
After a terrible exchange of emails from his end (refuses to call me to discuss like a gentleman), the owner admitted the damp problem, but refused to process any refund.
Very, very unprofessional person and company - My advice is: stay away.
