As an ICC customer for over 3 years I can't recommend their response and service highly enough.
I work for a Financial Services Company and with both minor faults and major one - like one of our SAN nodes failing - they were both on the ball and kept me up to date at all times with what was happening. Which meant all our problems were resolved in a timely and no-nonsense fashion.
Compared to others can't recommend highly enough.

We wanted to renew our existing IT and create a separate infrastructure for a new business we were launching. Shaun and Tom from ICC were exceptional. They understood our requirements including home working and created a solution which perfectly fits our needs. Fantastic communication and service. Would highly recommend ICC to any business.

I have now bought two items from this company. I have found them most helpful. Both items arrived with what I can only describe as the best packaging I have ever seen. The boxes were not only much bigger than the items inside but there was heavy duty foam surrounding the items plus the individual items were also wrapped in plenty of bubble wrap. The boxes were also heavy duty cardboard, not the cheap stuff. In short, the items were securely packaged in heavy duty materials and arrived in excellent condition. This is the simply the best I have ever seen and beats major brands hands down in my opinion, let alone other eBay sellers. Highly recommended! (Note: I will post a follow-up review once I have got the equipment up and running. It is IT equipment so will take time to setup and evaluate but have every confidence it will all be ok).

Excellent service - items arrived on time and it good condition. Sales team members Daniel Dawson and Michael Bowe are always friendly and helpful when requesting a quote.

Had the usual crisis that happens whenever a key server fails. ICC were brilliant in that they collected the failed server, diagnosed the problem, solved the problem and had it back on site and operational all within 48 hours. Full marks to Bradley and the team.

ICC have reacted reacted swiftly on a number of occasions and matched and exceeded all expectations contractually.

They have also carried out work to mitigate risk to our business by ensuring that they captured all the field replacement parts of our complex IBM estate. The engineers have also been knowledgeable and very helpful to resolve some quite difficult issues.
