Lack of respect for the client and liars.

This company scheduled an appointment on a week day to replace my boiler and to check why the shower doesn't drain. I called them by the phone to have an idea at what time they would come, and the women on the phone told me that 2 technics were coming between 8am and 9am. Since i was working during that period, I used a vacation day so I would be at home for them. The day comes, and and clock tickles, and when it is 14.30 Pm (!!) The women calls me telling me that the technicians are very busy and will not be able to come. Then, she asked me if it was possible for them to come on the day after (Saturday). I was a bit frustrated but all i wanted was hot water I just agreed with it. Saturday comes by, and one technician arrives in the morning. He then did not troubleshoot the shower draining, but also did not replaced the boiler because, as I quote him, " I need help, I can not do it alone". Then, he told me the company would contact me to reschedule.
5 days past since his visit and I still was not contacted, so I decided to call them. First the women (not to call her something else) who picked the phone starts to call me a liar saying that it was always booked for Saturday. Then she keeps interrupting and speaking above me (when I was trying to explain the reality). Then, she said that they needed to contact my landlord because the price would increase and if he agreed they would then contact me to reschedule. Of course that 5 days have gone by, the weather is getting cold and 0 actions from them. For them it would be November and I would still be waiting for it.
This is not a plumber company but a company of clowns.
After reading other people reviews, I can say they have 0 respect for their clients without hesitation.

ZERO stars, terrible experience

If would give ZERO stars if that was possbnle, the absolute WORST experience with such a company;

We called them for a boiler repair - and initial diagnosis (after a very pricey appointment) was that it cannot be fixed on the spot, and a spare part needed to be ordered.
After agreeing, in writing, with the cost of that (483 Euro for a 'gasblok' replacement), we were told that the spare part was ordered, and we got an appointment for the actual repair a few days later.

However, when they came for the repair, they realized that THEY HAD ORDERED THE WRONG PART!!! and they told us it will take another 4 - 5 days to get the right piece - this was happening on 20 July in the morning, and the next day was National day, then week end, etc;

as we had no other choice, we agreed with that - so next week on Monday (24 July) we waited for an update - nothing... we called again, they said they are checking for the spare part, and they will let us know - still nothing; they promised to let us know asap - and guess what, still nothing.
So finally on Wednesday afternoon, 26 July (so TWO WEEKS after the first appointment), after we called again to ask for an update - they said that they refuse to do the repair...?!? Why didnt they say that already the week before, so we can find another solution???

Completely unprofessional, no respect, they did not take any responsibility for their mistake of ordering the wrong part (after all, they are meant to be the specialists, that's why we pay them?)

They have caused us immense stress, waste of time and money with their delays (the flat was rented out, so we had to compensate the people for the inconvenience), so a very frustrating and painful experience.

Would NOT recommend!!!
