Happy

I started working with SP when I was a “small” dropshipper, but since then I’ve grown into a ''successful fashion brand'' with fully custom production and inventory managed by SP. Every request I made was taken seriously, and whenever something wasn’t initially possible, they always found a way to make it happen. Would definitely recommend them!

Julian recently repaired our fan oven

Julian recently repaired our fan oven, he was able to confirm that he could obtain a replacement fan part when we called him and completed his visit the next day.

Working with Service Points has been an outstanding experience in every way. They are very careful to source quality suppliers, and the platform itself is superb, and makes running my eCommerce business so much more efficient and easy. Plus, my account manager, Joris, has been really excellent to work with at every step of the way. He is highly responsive and committed to my success in every regard. They Stopped Supplying Me Without Warning – Business Destroyed

ServicePoints is a dangerous and not trustworthy company. I was working with them for order fulfilment and everything seemed fine in the beginning. But then suddenly, they stopped supplying me without any notice. Just because I didn’t make 20 orders per day — a rule they never told me clearly before.
There was no warning, no time to fix it — just shut down my store like that. Very unprofessional.
CEO Luca Lenarts and manager Charlie promised support and partnership but in the end, they treat you like you don’t matter. One day they work with you, next day they block your store and you lose everything.
Because of them, I lost my store, my customers and many months of hard work. They don’t take any responsibility and give no support - only silence.
If you are thinking to work with ServicePoints: better not. It is a big risk for your business. What happened to me is also happening to others — just check the other reviews.
Not honest, not professional, not stable.
Avoid this company.

Professional support and reliable service

Working with ServicePoints has been a breath of fresh air. Their team is responsive and genuinely invested in my success. The platform's tools, like the supplier performance dashboard and automated customer service, have improved my efficiency and customer satisfaction. The ability to monitor and optimize my supply chain in real-time has been invaluable. I couldn't imagine running my business without them.

Best in the game

The first dropship fulfillment company that is able to track multiple backend metrics! Not like all shitty agents that sent you just their best tracking codes to get you on board. SP shows all the real time metrics, which is way more valuable. Special SO to my account manager Robbie!

Great and easy to use

When somebody buys a product at my website suppliers automatically start bidding. So I can easily pick which one I want. Only downside is that a lot of suppliers in my experience don’t respond to messages for requesting quality checks. But most suppliers don’t do that before your making enough sales.

I have been working with Service Points…

I have been working with Service Points since the end of 2020. In the 3 years I have been working with SP, I have noticed that they are continuously improving their service to make everything as easy as possible. In addition, I also like the contact via Whatsapp (the Dutch-speaking agent always responds clearly and thoughtfully) and easily and I also like that he even has good contact with my customer service so that part is better as well

They stopped supplying me because I didn't do 20 orders a day leaving me in the lurch with no supplier. I had to close my store. I was not given any notice, apart from a message with my store disconnected the same day.
