Service review before product arrival

Recently purchased a spin bike from Servicesport. Had an initial problem with the order being despatched ( everyone can make a mistake ) but I was truly blown away with their response. Once the problem was identified their customer care team were amazing. Delivery made in 2 days, by an engineer who then assembled the bike in my home and removed all of packaging. Well done Sam, Lee and the Servicesport team, great service, great bike and at a brilliant price. Very happy customer.

Order stuck processing for no reason.

Ordered a part in May and had to call to prompt them a week later to action the job and pick the part.

Great experience

Great experience: got all the information on the phone about my order, got the order as expected, found that I did not need it after all - posted it back unopened, and got a full refund. Very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend Service Sport.

can't keep to delivery promise

I ordered from them as I need the parts quickly and they quoted 1/2 days.
I chased then after not receiving them after 5 days and they then told me they had to order them in.
They eventually came 2 weeks later!

Great experience

Dale was great, he comes to Nuffield in Aylesbury regularly and is efferent when completing the jobs. Happy to look at equipment we query and lets us know the next steps that will be taken in fixing it.

Good company with good knowledge and nice people I worked there for 9 years but I decided my time was up and move on to my own things if ur young with good engineering back ground definitely recommend working for this company

Dale

Dale was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable, and showed a high standard of care with his work. He showed up on time, where we have been let down by other contractors' poor timekeeping before. He did a fantastic job ensuring all our Rowing machines worked, including some other CV equipment.
Hopefully Dale will be our regular engineer for the future!

Stuart is a credit to your company. In the past we have struggled to get engineers to such a high standard. Stuart was extremely hardworking, informative, friendly and knowledgably. It is a real shame that he isn't our regular engineer, as more work has been completed in his visits compared to previous engineers.

Dreadful company

Dreadful company, worked here for 6 years and got worse each year, owner is too bothered with shouting his mouth off and Doug Ellis is too busy polishing Cranes shoes to contemplate doing his job correctly, not that he could.
