Great in-store. Terrible online return policy.
I bought an item in store in Paris and loved it. Super cute and great quality. The associates were really sweet and helpful, too. That experience was 5 stars.
Fast forward, I bought a few items online, on sale. The items that fit were great- and I love them. However a couple of items didn't fit, so I had to return them. It was rough! First I followed their instructions, and the return was rejected. Then they said to use a different carrier, so I paid the hefty return shipping price a second time. Then it took over three months, and multiple emails, to actually get my $$ refunded. They have super stylish, cute, and well-made clothing...but operationally, it seems like they are just not set up to process returns from the US.
If you're purchasing something where sizing doesn't matter, go for it. If not, exercise caution! And to Sessun, I hope you can get a better return experience in place. Id love to order more from you but unless something changes dramatically I wouldn't order again given my experience.
