excellent from start to finish

I have seen this company advertise on Facebook and other social media platforms, and the framed prints look really high quality. So, I went ahead and purchased the combo pack for £34.99, which includes a setlist framed print and a setlist mug, in less than 24 hours. Royal Mail tracking was shocking, but the guys at Setlist were great. Thank you!

no product

order taken. money taken...email received stating dispatched but still no tracking info or parcel...can't email as they are coming back as undelivered...AVOID...and still no product....had a dodgy email after this review saying it had been posted then another stating they are moving premises....PLEASE REFUND!!!!

We're sorry about this one - you're absolutely right there was a delay due to a premises move, we've tried our absolute best to keep on top of everything, everyone was offered a 100% refund if they didn't wish to wait during the delay, which I believe you received, and your order is on it's way :)

10 days+ and no communication

Over 10 days since ordering and have not heard a thing. Payment has been taken. Have emailed to receive an update and have not had a reply. Not concerned if there are issues with supply but would prefer to have communication regarding the problem.
Update: After some communication issues were sorted, they were able to answer my queries and update me on the progress of my order, which was then dispatched shortly after. Very friendly and helpful.

We’ve offered a refund to anyone that’s effected if they’re not happy to wait. We’re devastated that we’ve had this issue during peak season; and we’re quite literally working round the clock to get every order sorted - or a full refund for any others.

Bad offset, spot on resolution

Ordered 10 days ago, still no order confirmation despite payment being taken. Contact number goes to voicemail! Items not received
*UPDATE* - had a quick response within hours of this review, immediately followed by my order confirmation to a new email, an apology for their unforeseen supply issues and an update on the items being shipped/delivered!
Excited to get my purchase! Thankyou!

Terrible experience

Ordered 8 days ago no dispatch email, no reply to the four emails sent asking for an update, the phone number goes to voicemail and no one calls back!

Fantastic quality

Great quality printing and mugs, there was a delay with the items so I got in touch and they replied quickly stating they were extremely busy and although they try their best to get the goods out in 3-5 working days there were delays, my goods were with me 14 days after ordering, yes there was a delay but the communications reassured me the goods would be sent out as soon as possible, in my opinion they were well worth the wait and I thank Victoria for her honest and rapid responses, five stars from me👍🏻

Fantastic experience from start to…

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The team communicated throughout the process from ordering up until delivery.
The set list was much better quality than I expected and looks absolutely fantastic.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and I’m looking forward to ordering some birthday gifts from them. It’s 5 stars from me!

Happy with my Taylor Swift mugs!

Ordered 2 mugs after seeing Taylor Swift in Edinburgh. A great momento for a once in a lifetime special show. Accurate set list, included all the surprise acoustic songs aswell. Will remember the day with the mug for years to come. Cheers

Lovely little memory

Ordered a bulk of setlists and mugs for my nieces after they saw Taylor swift as a little memory of their night, they love them! Such a cute way to remember a really special occasion. I’m going to see green day so I might get one for myself!

Supplier thinks I’m stupid

I deliberately ordered the poster elsewhere as I do not like the popups ‘order now because 10 other people are looking at this poster’ and ‘only x posters in stock’. The supplier must think I’m stupid.
