I wanted to put a ZERO on rate but it would not let me. I ordered the glucose monitor also which I got one ……11 weeks later and I opened it to find a used meter that did not work where the battery goes was bent connections and scratches on outside where someone tried to open to put battery in somehow they bent the wire on one end probably trying to get it to work which it never did also there was no strap or case in the box which it clearly stated on the outside of box what was included. I tried calling number ; no response. I will never buy anything on line again. Can’t get refund.

I can literally cut and paste the last 20 reviews and it be the same exact thing.

I ordered the glucose monitor and they sent an oximeter and they overcharged also
shipping took considerably long.

This is such a scam, I ordered 2, did not get at all what I ordered. Total waste of money.

I have nothing different from what everyone else is reporting. This is a TOTAL SCAM! I ordered the Seurico Next-Generation Intelligent Multifunctional Non-Invasive Laser Blood Glucose Meter and I received a little POS pulseOx finger monitor

I ordered one non-invasive glucose meter and was then charged for two. I notified them and I believe I was refunded for one. This was difficult to judge because they didn’t use their firm name. Several weeks later I received an oximeter which I do not need and will not pay to return. I have NEVER seen such poor service.

I ordered the glucose monitor and they sent an oximeter. I returned it and reordered the glucose monitor and they sent 3 oximeters!
I can't reach them at all and I'm not going to watse more money on postage as it will put me over $100!
I still keep getting emails saying I have things in their cart!

Bought through Thelifeh on 2/15/25 still haven’t received item and numbers are bogus. I got SCAMMED

False advertising, does not monitor blood sugar and pulse ox rarely works. Poorly made was waste of money. Filing a claim impossible.

This is a SCAM! Please don’t buy this product. None of its claims are true! A simple “bait and switch “ scam.

Total scam. I ordered received bill with double charges. Tried to cancel immediately they refused fortunately used PayPal. Canceled

THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!! I order the Glucose meter and received the oximeter, as others stated. Same experience with the tracking and order numbers, as well as, the return address etc. I, too, had to settle for 50% refund just to avoid the headache.

Total SCAM! I ordered the Non-invasive Laser Blood Glucose Meter on Jan 19, 2025 through "Thelifeh" [OFFICIAL STORE] Seurico with a confirmation and Order No. Shop042-4867. This was followed by a second order confirmation and bill charging an additional $11.98 from "WD Online Store INT'L" [OFFICIAL STORE] Seurico. This was followed by a KOMON tracking number KOMON0016158474YQ. On February 25, 2025 I received a simple oximeter through USPS packaging with the identical KOMON tracking number showing an oximeter. The return address was JAY 100 E 2nd Street, Mineola NY, 11501. I tried contacting Seurico and the two OFFICIAL STOREs. All of these entities are unreachable.
One STAR rating should be considered a ZERO!!
I believe the US interstate commerce commission should get involved and stop Seurico's continued advertising and selling the blood glucose meter.

Was not sent what they advertised. They claim if I want a full refund and to send product back and pay the out of country shipping cost,which is most of my refund would be. I settled on 50% refund so I am out 25$ I stead of 50$. False advertisement. Product that I waited over 2 weeks for was a joke, unusable. It's a bait and switch. They say you can chose your package yet there is no where to request. They just sent and unusable product. Horrible experience. Would pic no stars if there was an option for it.

total scam. I ordered the blood glucose finger meter on February 6, 2025, and all I got 10 days later was a cheap pulse oximeter. No response to any emails to support to get the product I ordered. Don’t waste your time or money.

Do not order...I ordered 1, my order came up 2. Wouldn't let me change order.They took $80 some dollars from my account. Sent me an email said it was shipped, gave me a tracking number. When I try to check on the status, it says there is no such order. Guess I'll contact my lawyer brother, see what can be done to stop this dishonesty....

I purchased four in a package. The quality of the products was extremely poor. Cheaply made.
They failed to give a blood sugar (glucose) reading. All four failed.
I suggest no one should waste their money purchasing this product. It's a good means of wasting your money while making money for another junk product on the internet.

I ordered the Continuous Blood Glucose Monitor Jan. 5th and they sent me 3 pulse oxidizers. I contacted them and they refused me an exchange for what I ordered. They offered me a 50% refund and I said heck no! I want what I ordered! Their a rip off!

Order the non invasive blood sugar reader more than two months ago. I have never received the product - don't buy. It's a scam for your money
