If you are looking for the most incredible tour guide, Ayman is truly the best of the best. By the end of the trip, he felt more like family — a man I would proudly call my Papa. His knowledge of ancient history is beyond impressive, and the way he tells the stories brings everything to life in such a powerful and unforgettable way. He is hilarious, kind, deeply passionate, and made every moment exciting and meaningful.
Not only did I learn so much throughout this journey, but I always felt completely safe, cared for, and supported. Ayman went above and beyond in every possible way. He set the bar unbelievably high, and honestly, it will be hard to imagine having another tour guide after this experience.

10+ stars all the way. I cannot recommend him enough. This trip would not have been the same without him.

Our trip to Egypt was amazing. The staff of Seven Gates, from arrival, to booking into hotels and travel to all the marvelous sites, made things both easy and safe. The insightful knowledge of our tourguide, Ayman, brought the past to life before our eyes. It definately made it the trip of a lifetime.

I have just come home from a fabulous trip to Egypt with Ayman Bassily as our guide for over two weeks as 22 of us visited museums, temples, pyramids with other excursions with complicated logistics for transportation, hotels, airport, pick ups, etc.
Ayman‘s warm hearted sense of humor, support and expertise was greatly appreciated by all as he educated and entertained all us with the history and insights of all the places we visited. He patiently helped us be on time and work through any difficulties that came up so our experience could be fun and harmonious. His strength and direct communication with everyone involved was remarkable.
This trip has been on my bucket list for many years and I am in my 70s. I treasure this experience and know that Ayman was a big part of making it such a huge success. I highly recommend his company “Seven Gates Travel.”
