Stefan is a down to earth, knowledgeable practitioner. He listened to my aims and provided me with the required treatment for the appropriate amount of time to rectify my aches and pains. I was able to see him at a mutually convenient time and I feel better after my physio sessions. If I need to go back in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again.

He is an expert in his craft, he sorted my elbow, well actually my neck out within 2 sessions. On top of being knowledgeable he is also a very nice caring person.
I have since been back to Stefan with other issues and he has fixed them all.

I had to go here after a recent motorcycle accident. Not only is Stefan very friendly and professional, he explained so much about the injuries I sustained. Not only the physical effects but the psychological workings of my brain re my injuries. Made healing make alot more sense. I visited weekly over 8 weeks. Absolutely lovely guy. Would recommend him to anyone.

Visited stefan due to an ongoing injury. As always stefan was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He did thorough examination and took a detailed history. He was honest about the length of treatment needed. At no point did I feel rushed and time was taken to make sure I understood what exercises were needed. I would recommend seven hills physiotherapy to anyone wanting prompt friendly and thorough treatment.

Stef listens and doesn’t pressure you to have more sessions than you need. He’s worked miracles with my back after struggling for months with some manipulation and then giving me stretches to do at home. Personable, professional and friendly, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Having never had an injury before,
I suffered a foot injury earlier this year. It was not broken or fractured, but a ligament injury/tear. It was really frightening and painful and I felt lost. I was not able to walk. I booked a few sessions with Stefan and not only did he provide reassurance, he is really helping with my journey to recovery. I’m getting my mobility and confidence back. Stefan is a professional and very knowledgeable and personable with it.

I would definitely recommend Stefan, he as been treating me for various complaints. The treatment I am given and him explaining exercises to do at home , he as time for you and puts you at ease!
