I like your service. The only thing that I think needs attention is on the 6% money witheld and then transfered to my account, because it's difficult identifying from which load I'm getting that money from. Please send update explaining from which load.

Overall I have been factoring with Seven Oaks for a year now. All I can say it’s been the best experience ever. I refer everyone I know to them. Seven Oaks does help you with staying on top of your outstanding invoices. However, as a company, you should be doing that anyway. When I signed with Seven Oaks, they were able to factor in almost 90 percent of my invoices.

My Representative Gretchen Perrault is the best. I was transitioned to her from Monica Case and we absolutely love working with both of them. Gretchen is always there when/if I need anything and that’s the best feeling. It’s great to know that if you need anything, your problem will be addressed.

The service is very user friendly. They respond quickly. Always available to answer any questions. I would highly recommend.

My company had a horrible experience. Seven Oaks advertised in a staffing agency group for nurses. I explained our clients used a third party payor. Their staff verbalized understanding in December so we signed an agreement with them. January a payment was sent to us by mistake they held onto the check for weeks despite being told the day the checks were received that it belonged to a different company, we were billed an ACH fee for the funds so we instructed seven oaks to return the check back to the 3rd party company the client used to pay their bills, they refused and sent the funds directly to the clients leaving us with the fee. Then they refused to pay the ACH fees and deduct it from our reserves so we could no longer get ACH"s from the 3rd party company despite being aware of this prior to us signing an agreement with them. Then they emailed on 2/9 at 11:26am and stated effective immediately they would not fund our invoices anymore, and we had just sent over invoices so we could run payroll. We had to practically beg them to fund the invoices sent over on 2/9 and they stated to take that as our notice and next week we needed to figure something out. The following week they sent an email to both our company and our clients accusing us of misappropriating, only to find out that the funds went to our old funding company because the third party payor would not ACH funds anymore due to Seven Oaks not allowing the ACH fees to be processed. The third party payor used the last known address we had before we started to have funds ACH'D ( which was our old funding comp in Missouri we are in SC, there is no way we received the funds). We paid $9422.50 to Seven oaks out of pocket so we could move on with another funding company and for 3 days they lied stating they did not have it, we also had the old funding company still send the other funds to them as well (in good faith) since we did not have the release letter. So Seven Oaks had about $17,000+ and we only owed them $9422.50. We contacted our lawyers to send a demand letter for the release letter and ACH of the $7900+ that was owed to us by seven Oaks, and before the lawyer could send the letter seven oaks sent the release letter and than a day later they sent the funds. Per them they are not equipped to handle third party payors or staffing agencies. That being said they need to not advertise to staffing agencies. They defamed us to our clients with false allegations and accusations that were proven to not be true, held funds unnecessarily, terminated our contract with not even a 24 hours notice. I would not recommend, and highly suggest companies look elsewhere for funding because Seven Oaks business practices are unprofessional and subpar at best.

As a carrier, it’s easy to get caught up in your everyday duties, responsibilities, and forget about what keeps you going whether internally or externally. Ms. Rogers has been working our account for some time now and she has always been a joy to work with. She’s professional and genuinely cares about helping her customers. I’ve had the pleasure of working with her on a few occasions and each time I come away feeling like she put everything aside to handle my needs. I can’t say enough good things about her and the job she does day in and day out. Even throughout this pandemic we’re currently experiencing, she has not missed a beat.
