Apparently the item was delivered to the wrong place although I was never given any proof that this was the case.
This was the post office who don't do this sort of thing. Reading between the lines I guess they didn't have stock and it was easy to blame the postie. Wouldn't use again. High value items should be guaranteed delivery.
I ordered a watch, unfortunately i got an email a couple of days later from Natalie to say it was out of stock, she offered alternatives or a refund. She was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with which is rare these days! I wouldnt hesitate to use Seven Rocks again

I sent it back for repairing it whilst still in guarantee period.. it's been 5 weeks since I sent it. I contacted them several times for the status of it.. they don't reply bck.. they do t return my watch.. scam company .
