Delivery problem resolved. Expensive shipping and still no goods
The shipping cost for this order was extremely expensive. The order was placed on the25th December and it is now 21.30 hours. on the 16th January and it has still not arrived. I consider this extremely poor service
I would point out that the reply by Sew Shop is incorrect. Prior to leaving a review I spoke to the Fyti collection Postal department and it is not awaiting collection. They haven't received it on the 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th, 15th or 16th. So who has it??
SewShop were very proactive today and this afternoon I received a telephone call from the Postal Collection Agency to say the package was now available to
collect
I now appreciate the problem was due to the couriers failings and as such I have amended my star rating for SewShop. Thank you for your assistance

Service expérience
The service was good but, it would have been nice to to have a choice of language. My parcel was well wrapped and came quickly. I didn’t understand how to follow my order so I was a day late to collect it and, I received the email saying it had been delivered the day after I had collected it!!

I purchased a Juki serger. The delivery was dispatched fast. It was well packaged when it arrived, and I appreciate that the machine was tested before it was sent. I've had it for a few weeks and it works beautifully. I bought it from sewshop.eu because it had the best price, even including the 40eur shipping to deliver this heavy serger from Italy to Portugal.

Great machine! So quiet, so many features. Definitely a good investment.
First of all delivery is so quick, it made it all the way from Italy to Finland in less than a week, wow. As soon as they received the order they rushed to ship to make sure the holiday the next day wouldn't delay it.
This is my second machine from the Sew Shop and I also had a good experience in the past, so I knew they'd be reliable. Communication with them is always easy, nice, personal and friendly. My machine came with a nice set of accessories but they were very kind and sent me a few extras. And that's how a store gets me 💜. I'm never buying from another store again, there's just no need.
