Fantastic platform for SW’ers

I was amazed to get such quick responses from the few models I was interested in. At the time I was on, there well over 1k+ models and I messaged 3 at once not expecting a response and immediately got a message back and more. Needless to say I was able to finish my session...

SextPanther is Discriminatory and a Disservice to Adult Industry Workers
SextPanther will blacklist and ignore business savvy and experienced adult models for featuring ANY content on ANY OTHER SITE that has EVER violated THEIR unique “CODE OF CONDUCT”. It doesn’t matter if you’re responsible, it doesn’t matter if you’re a top earner, and it certainly doesn’t matter if you have followed the terms of service with any platform you’ve ever worked on to a T. In order to violate a website’s terms of service, you have to actually be a member. SexPanther won’t even allow this. They will not respond to your emails, they will not respond to their help tickets, they will not allow you to appeal for your denied model application. Overall, SexPanther deserves a bad name and reputation in the adult industry. They actively discriminate, heavily, against potential models who have done absolutely nothing wrong. This platform is utterly unethical, and a slap in the face to seasoned providers in this industry. If you are an adult content provider, please stand in solidarity and refuse to work with them. If you do, they’ll probably end up releasing your data and personal identity to the public anyway. It’s already happened once. For any men who enjoy using this website as customers you should know that your personal data also isn’t safe on this website. Unless you want your boss, your wife or girlfriend or family to find out who you’ve been chatting with on SextPanther and what you’ve been up to, you should stick with a trustworthy service that’s been in business for over a decade.

When model applications are reviewed, the team must consider several factors, including potential risk to the site should an applicant publish content that violates the SextPanther Independent Contractor Agreement and/or Code of Conduct. As models often bring fans to SextPanther, reviewers must consider whether an applicant’s fans will come to SextPanther for content that violates the site’s terms. The reviewers do their best to balance fairness and risk and may reach out to an applicant for further clarification and review. For SextPanther to continue to be a sustainable business we must remain in compliance with content restrictions primarily put in place by our payment processors.
Regarding privacy, we can assure that several layers of security protect the privacy and confidentiality of all site users, both models and fans. Any further questions about data security practices, we’d love to answer those via our support channels.

We’re sorry to hear that there must have been some misunderstanding on how model earnings adjustments work for text messages. Models have 24 hours to respond to each message and after that time period, if a message was not responded to, users can trigger a credit refund which then reverses the earnings generated from the message. If you’d like more clarification on this or for us to look into this in more detail, please send us an email from your model account.

Account suspension/bans happen when a user breaks the Terms of Service or commits credit card fraud. Furthermore, on the cancellation, suspension, closure, or termination of a user account for any reason, any new accounts that are created by the same individual will promptly be suspended.
I've had nothing but good experiences…
I've had nothing but good experiences with them.
They send my money on time and in full. When I have a concern, their support is helpful. In the beginning, I had to report a handful of members for breaking the rules, and they were prompt with suspending or sending warnings.
It's my favorite site by far. Hopefully, the things that have happened to others in these reviews won't happen to me.
But, I've been with them for a little under a year with zero problems.

Joined, bought credits, signed out, tried to sign back in, wouldnt let me, doesn't recognise my email, or password, did a reset they sent code, used it then a pop up saying try again later....that was days back....they are thieves.

Could not make calls (lied about credit I had)
Could not make calls, not video calls either. I added $20 credit but I still (apparently) had to add more and then did the whole form thing again to make calls or anything and it refuse to connect me to who I wanted to. I feel I've been discriminated against and hated for no reason. I don't know why it works for others, for me it didn't work.

Models set calls with a price per minute and a minimum call time, so it seems that the model you tried to reach had a minimum to connect that was over $20. Your review also indicates that you experienced technical issues when trying to complete your call. We’d encourage you to contact support through the Help > Contact form on your user dashboard and then checking the email of the address you used to create your account for a response.

Nope not doing business with this site
Would have enjoyed starting a new biz on this website but they seem a bit incompetent.
Sent in Passport and picture w passport-get an email that "one or both id's are missing".
Nope.
I included in the email everything that was requested.
Signed in to upload it again.
Can't remember my password-my mistake, so I did everything needed to change/update password.
Including, whatever hoops they wanted me to jump through, which may have included them sending me a “reset password“ link. But when I did change the password and went back to sign in, it continued to tell me wrong password.
I used a common password (for me) and verified by code etc...went to sign in immediately, it says, sorry wrong password.
Seems like the bot that runs the site is dumb.
When sites are based out of the United States, their servers are often slow and have a lag time
I suspect that is the case with sextpanther.
When my application to become a model was denied, it said, “you are missing one or more of the verification photos for more information please visit sextpanther.com
Great I was just on the website that doesn’t help me one little bit.
The denial did not include what specific IDs were missing. It didn’t include a customer service contact, which is what you would need if you think that you submitted everything and yet they’re telling you you’re missing something.
Additionally, when you sign up on any website, they send you a verification email that you freaking signed on and signed up. I never got that either. All of this is from February 2023, I’m not gonna remember any more details than this.
This is a legitimate issue, and there are other reviews stating they have the same issues.

Regarding the ID verification needed, we require a picture of your US or Canadian ID or Passport, as well as a picture of you holding that same ID (a selfie that includes you holding your ID). We encourage anyone having questions or issues with these steps to reach out to support for assistance or clarification by replying to the initial denial email. Furthermore, we can assure you that we are based in the US and have humans reviewing all applications and email inquiries.
In regards to verifying your email or resetting your password, since you are applying for an account, an account is not created until you are approved. Once approved and the account is created, the steps to verify your email and/or reset your password are in line with standard business practices on other websites.
The support does nothing to help
I've tried reaching out to support for assistance multiple times. I have sent at least 10 emails to them. When they do bother to answer, which isn't very often, it doesn't even answer the question and just gives a generic response.

If I could give this stupid ass website a 0, I would. They rejecting me over 6+ times and when I go to email support, NOONE responds back; but their website says they “respond ASAP”. BS! I’ve been emailing them since June of 22, it’s been almost 5 months.

We certainly understand how frustrating and disappointing it can be to receive a rejection. When applicants are denied due to lack of established following in the adult industry, they are encouraged to reapply in six months time. Once a decision has been made regarding an applicant, no further correspondence is necessary unless new information is provided that would make the original application eligible for approval.
