This is the worst online company. I needed to return a pair of shoes I purchased because the buckle was faulty. The company made the return process incredibly difficult, as reflected in many other reviews. Everyone seems to have the same complaint. This company needs to understand that they can't mistreat customers. If an item is defective, they should just allow returns. Making returns easy will encourage people to shop again. Every other company I've ordered from has been helpful with returns or replacements.
This company, however, should simply process a return or replacement without making it so hard. Terrible. Absolutely terrible customer service.

I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with Seymayka Store. I placed an order on 17th July 2024 and was assured that my item would arrive by 22th July. However, not only was the item delayed by over 15 days, but I was also hit with unexpected duties and VAT charges that were *never* disclosed at the time of purchase.
After a long back-and-forth and multiple emails, Seymayka agreed to pay the duties, but they still haven't refunded me in full. They deducted $30 for shipping despite all the issues I faced, including not even receiving the product in the first place. I’ve contacted their customer service repeatedly, but they continue to ignore my request for the remaining refund.
The lack of communication, delays, and hidden fees make this company one to avoid. If you're considering ordering from Seymayka, be prepared for hidden charges, delays, and poor customer service that won’t address your concerns once they have your money.

THEY CANCELED MY CONFIRMED ORDER 3 TIMES
This company canceled my order 2 times, even when using different cards. On the third time, I waited 4 days after my confirmation just for them to cancel because they ran out of stock. Never responded to my ticket, and sold my item to someone else after I had a confirmed order. Shady BS company, save your time and money.
Disgraceful - Negative Stars
1. Although it was not mentioned on the site, the courier said that tax would need to be paid before it could be delivered ( this was approx. 25% of the purchase price)
2. Despite emails and Voice mails ( all of which went to an answering machine), I have received no satisfactory explanation or apology
3. I have issued a Returns Notice and have heard nothing further from the company in respect of a refund
4. The overall service I have received has been totally discourteous with a distinct undertone that if the complaints are ignored long enough, the complainant will go away
5. I have contacted my card owner for redress failing which I will pursue legal channels
