Man undrar.

"It strongly resembles spunbond non-woven polypropylene (PP). The dotted/fibrous texture and the heat-bonded seams are typical of inexpensive PP non-woven bags. Rather than conventional stitching, the vertical and bottom seams appear to have been thermally/ultrasonically welded.

What catches my attention is the construction. The material itself is quite thin, and the handles appear to be attached to that thin sheet. A reusable bag is only as durable as those high-stress attachment points. If yours tore at or near one of these welds after 1–2 uses, that would be consistent with a structural failure of the bag, rather than simply the material becoming worn out after prolonged use.

Also, their disposal wording makes more sense now. If this is PP, describing it as a plastic despite its fabric-like appearance is reasonable. But “brännbar plastförpackning” means its intended end-of-life involves incineration, so the environmental proposition really depends heavily on successful reuse.

Consequently, their two claims sit somewhat awkwardly together in your case: “återanvändbar” and “så lite klimatavtryck som möjligt.” A very lightweight construction reduces the amount of plastic used per bag, which can reduce its production footprint—but making it too lightweight can sacrifice durability. If that results in a nominally reusable bag surviving only a couple of trips, you've potentially traded durability for a low initial material footprint.

This particular example gives you a much stronger reason to question the environmental marketing than the first photograph did."

Great physical shop

Great physical shop. yes its cheaper online but having a big shop / cafe to hang out in is great. amazon might be 50kr cheaper but uuugh Jeff bezo. the online side isn't a well oiled machine though I've never known them to post stuff same day it's ordered but it comes eventually.
