We saw nice chairs in the store at Zwolle. They are to big to carry them in our car. So the staff claimed tho ship them to our place in Germany for a very low payment. It made a lot of fun to us to order and the staff ist very kind.
Two months later I have not received my delivery and when I asked for a refund I did not received any answer.
The floor lights, whilst sleek and modern, produce low light. It was a concern and the photos showed something that was not the case.

We have received the item in a very bad condition and quite a poor packaging. In order to contact the shop, I spent more than an hour on the phone to request the return label.

I ordered a lot of items for my new house: table , chair, lamp. The delivery was fast, and I received the lamp damaged, they just changed in a couple of week . I will definitely order more from here. Quality top

This was my first and last order with Sfeer. Personally, I felt the order has been handled very unprofessionally from day 1.
The first instance, it never arrived within the time frame, and Sfeer representative never bothered to inform me.
The second instance, when I called Sfeer (represented by Hugo overcall) to enquire on a Friday, I was told the supplier does not have the items in stock and will be back in stock by Tuesday, and I can receive it by Friday. How come you are taking orders for items, not in stock.
The third instance, again Mr Hugo never bothered to inform me, when there was still a delay of another week because the supplier still didn't have the items until next Friday. I requested Hugo to get me in contact with his boss, and I was told he is not in the office, and he will arrange a callback on Tuesday, Monday being Easter.
The fourth instance, Mr Hugo decided to cancel my order, without informing me, instead of arranging a callback from his boss as promised.
The fifth instance, when the order is received, after a month finally, it is damaged, rusted and paints are coming off, which gives an impression that the inventories dispatched was too old and had been lying in the warehouse for too long, so definitely it was not damaged on the way, and also gives an impression that I was lied at the first place that it was not in stock, else I would have expected shining new products.
Lastly, the day it was received, within an hour I returned it, and requested a call back by Hugo and his boss to discuss this matter, I was again promised a callback, as both of them were bot present in the office. And I am still waiting for a callback.
You built your customers not just by selling products, but also by being honest with your customers, sadly Sfeer is missing that.

The service level is really poor! I bought 2 items online after a week I received an email that 1 item is out of stock and the second item will be sent. when?!
I still didn't get my item and the service level is not as I would expect from a company who sells such nice items (at least the way it looks on the website).
Still waiting for the refund for the out of stock item as well as the delivery of the existing item.
