Betere communicatie
Betere communicatie, afspraak nakomen, je excuseren voor de slechte afhandeling van een telefoontje, je afmelden met niet redden van de afspraak.
Tussen 2 en 5 zouden ze komen. Bij een buurman waren, denk ze komen wel maar nee. Bij het bellen heeft ze opgehangen nadat ze zou vragen wie ervan wist. Tien ik weer belde zei die op mijn klacht dat kan. Had meer verwacht oh excuses
