I’ve initially got in touch with SFM through a friend of mine who registered his company with them. I was expecting to be served by their Swiss office but have been served by their Dubai office , this made no real difference and i understand that i could have insisted to be served by someone in Geneva.
all instructions received were clear, but one recommendation is to send required documentation for company AND bank account at the same time, rather than in two times. Other than this small glitch, the experience was favourable : staff is very responsive, company is big with a lot of staff in different countries, and moreover, they seem to be well respected by the banks to whom they introduce clients to. So yes i am leaving a positive review because of all this factors.

I have bought and sold offshore companies for a long time and I have never found such a terrible service. They try to ask for money for extra costs that do not inform you at the beginning, they ask you to sign unnecessary information, and they avoid giving you correct information.

DO NOT WORK WITH THEM !!!

Up to my expectations
i used SFM to setup a company in Hong Kong with its associated bank account.
i was served by their Geneva office. Leonor was my person in charge. very professional at all times

Highly professional team, always courteous and responsive. Bank account opening was a bit tideous but finally got there

It was what I expected, the timeline was stretched a little but this is normal when opening up a company. Otherwise very satisfied.

Avoid, avoid, avoid. Classic promise of professionalism service. Paid money and nothing was done, and they are wholly incompetent.

My Experience with SFM Corporate Services has been satisfactory however while the company formation process went ok, the bank account took about 15 weeks to open, which is longer than advertised. The service is at a good level, my client manager was responsive.

Not to be trusted. You will never see ny of your money back after you pay them.Re response from company who say tthey uses FEEFO, which is a very dodgy review company, who only allow 5 star reviews and arenot to be trusted

Swift company incorporation, they helped me with the setup my company & bank account. I would recommend them as they really know what they are doing and give good consultancy prior to setting up.

Lost over $4,000 trying to get what I need, finally gave up.

The product range is extensive, my account manager was very helpful & informative. The process could happen right away as I had all my documents ready which is of help. Thank you SFM!

incorporations are expensive!
The prices they have on their website are deceiving to say the least as they are not exactly what the company formation costs in total. Also, the option for buying directly the package with no consultation seems a bit sketchy. Haven't read many good review about them either.

SFM Corporate, money laundering, commercial criminal entity and known scammer.

I have been a victim of SFM Corporate don't hold your breath you won't get your money back, they hide it in offshore bank accounts. They take advantage of startups.

Lesson Learned. It is best to only incorporate locally in your country and use onshore banking.. or use a trusted law firm that specialises in this incorporation and banking in the country of origin,

Always verify their credentials and ensure they are regulated. Off course check prior reviews also.

The exception might be Estonia where you deal directly with the governing body for incorporation and the banks and not through a proxy.

If you are a victim of SFM Corporate please report it to your country's internal affairs and Interpol

Company formation took 6 months, turned out to be the wrong structure, couldn't open bank account for a year now and they expect me to pay all costs to liquidate.

Even with proof of invoice and contact they are still defending themselves.

Worst company to do business with. Period.

They only contact you when they need you to pay for "services". Otherwise you have to beg them to send out power of attorneys or other documents nominees has to produce. Personal managers do not respond half of the time. I had bank account suspended two times already because they did not provide POA and Good Standing certificate on time. I shall be changing agent now.

They scam me by selling me a Saint Vincent bank account that I never had. 6 month now and still no response to all of my email and phone call. Stay away from them !

I've ordered a company more than one month ago. The manager Sepide was very irresponsible and didn't start incorporation after seven days after payment. I asked for refund, but he said that I'll be contacted by management team shortly, but nobody contacted me yet. Looks like it's a SCAM, be aware!

It appears to be a scam. Sent $2,000 then they requested a lot of personal information and documents that were not mentioned as required during the "simple" application process. Was not comfortable sending the info via unsecured upload/email and asked for a refund. It has been over 90 days and it still has not been processed nor have any service been rendered, and it appears they have blacklisted my email address as it is getting rejected now.

If they just sent a refund then all would be fine, but the fact that they are being evasive makes me believe their services are a scam and everyone should avoid using SFM Offshore.

I got scammed forming a company with SFM-OFFSHORE they're a HUGE big scam with a lot of money to persuading people with a agressive marketing strategie and they hide their a*** probably behind a fuc*** trust or fundation. After you pay by creditcard they simply ignore you and when finally answer after you send several messages they will ask more and more documents and money. I honestly don't know why they don't delivery the product people pay for it. 100% scam in my experience, stay away from these guys!
