Some valid reasons why you should be using SFS Fire - We never upsell unless the device is at risk of causing a fire - that's why our servicing team do not earn commission on new upgrades or sales. Our reporting never shows only a 25% or 50% checking of devices - instead, with the use of Android Pads we use drawings to individually mark off the exact device checked, making it absolutely clear to the customer what work we have carried out - no confusion as to what devices still need checked when a different engineer attends outstanding services. We are becoming ever more transparent to our customers who, with their own customer portal, will have immediate access to all certificates when needed. You can receive and request quotes with ease making your life a lot simpler. We still have a long way to go but our mission statement says it all - to be the most caring, honest and reliable fire company.
