I ordered the
Mens Patent Leather Wide Toe Dress Shoes - Brown

Good quality shoes, it looks like the ones on the photos. Slightly wider than expected (to be fair it is advertised as a wide toe box so description matches the product). Nothing a thicker pair of socks can't sort to get the perfect fit.

Timely delivery. Delivery tacking details updated regularly, albeit being shipped from China. There was a bit of a lag in the communication for a day or so when the parcel got picked up locally in the UK by our local courier (Evri). Once I managed to figure out the Evri tacking details from the numerous updates I received from Sgan I was able to track it in the UK. Pleasantly surprised and surpassed my expectations. Thank You. Might order the ones in black too!

I would appreciate if someone would resolve my problem with the damaged shoes caused by the damage packaging. It is not my responsibility pay for both damaged shoes and damage per packaging. The packaging that you send from your location is insufficient for traveling of something so gout. I've recently purchased four pair of shoes and it is unfortunate that you do not even send my shoes in a box you send them in a plastic bubble wrap that's not sufficient for shoes to be protected during travel.

The product 8x was too small, more like adult large

Website is relatively easy to navigate. Took approximately 3 weeks for items to arrive once ordered. The material seems to be of the same quality advertised. The only barrier I had outside of very little communication (one email confirming the order and a second saying the order was "complete" - no tracking information ever provided) was that the sizing is not accurate. For example, I ordered a 4XL "Hanfu" jacket that states the waist is 53-57" I measured everything prior to order and am 54" at the waist and chest. The chest stated it would accommodate 55-59". It was VERY snug at the chest and the actual waist of the garment is approximately 49", at least 5" shorter than the sizing chart.

So if you're going to purchase from these folks - just be patient and make sure to order at minimum one size larger than usual, I would recommend two (as I ordered one size up from my usual).

Ordered a Jacket in 5XL. Their size chart states the chest size is 62 - 64 inches. After measuring it, it was 14.5 inches with a total of 29 inches. The tags are all in Asian characters so you cannot tell if the tag has a different size. When contacting support, they state it's the biggest size without acknowledging it's not what they state on their website - look for dragon kimono jacket.

I really wish I had read the reviews before I bought this. It’s only mediocre quality and the size is way off not US American size. Do not waste your money!!

I just had a terrific experience purchasing a jacket from SGAN. I went onto its website and ordered a Big And Tall Men’s Mid Length Windbreaker. After checking the Size Chart on the webpage, I ordered the jacket in size 4XL, which is my normal size. SGAN sent me a link with the tracking information for my package from Yanwen, a Chinese courier service that has partnerships with DHL, FedEx, and UPS. When I placed my order, SGAN stated that I would receive my package (in California) in 5 – 10 days; it arrived in 7 days. I was able to track the package every step of the way.

The jacket I received was a size 6XL, but was still too small for me. (I’m 6’6”, 260 lbs.) I sent an email to SGAN explaining that I liked the jacket, but would need it in a size 8XL. SGAN responded in just a few hours, explaining that it had considered that the jacket’s stated sizes ran small, which is why I was sent a 6XL rather than a 4XL. SGAN asked me to pay US$20 to cover the shipping fee and said it would ship me the jacket in 8XL. SGAN told me I could keep the first jacket, give it to someone, or donate it to a charity. I paid the $20 shipping fee and received the second jacket in 6 days.

The jacket is very well-made and its cost is 50% - 75% less than similar jackets for sale on various U.S. websites. Not having to return the first jacket and just paying the additional $20 shipping fee for the second jacket seemed like a great deal to me.

I feel badly for the customers who reported that they did not have a good experience with SGAN, but mine could not have been better. I particularly appreciated the quality of the jacket I purchased; the responsiveness of SGAN’s customer service department; and the reliability of Yanwen, SGAN’s courier service. If you’re considering a purchase but have a question about the sizing of the item, I’d encourage you to send an email to SGAN before placing your order.

Very high price for very low quality materials! I bought some ti shorts but very disappointed!☹️

I admit I was wary given this seems to be mainland Chinese business, but I was so wrong. Quality and fit are good and as advertised. Delivery was about three weeks. I paid for express post, which had good tracking. Will shop again.

As described and arrived on time with accurate tracking throughout. Matched the measurements on the sizing guide.

I’m a Big & Tall guy and ordered the (7X) shirts. Unfortunately they were labeled (7XL) but in true American size it’s more of a (Large).! My nephew who wears a (Large) in mens fitted just fine in them. I tried slipping it on & couldn’t even get it past my chest. Rather then spending money on returning and probably getting informed later that I wouldn’t qualify for a credit, I decided to give them to my nephew and never plan on doing business with this company. I should have read all the reviews but learned my lesson. My suggestion pay a bit more for Made In USA and Support American Made businesses!

Ordered 2 t-shirts from them on March 19, 2023, and expected their quoted 5-10 business day delivery to be fairly reasonable. Order shipped on the 24th with Yanwen (first red flag), tracking information through a 3rd party site - not the freight company's (second red flag), with no ability to make contact.

Arrived in Australia on the 27th, then sat with no further information updated. I contacted sgan on April 5th requesting an update, was told more information would be coming in the following days.

Check tracking again today and it says parcel was delivered on the 7th - Good Friday! No one is doing deliveries on Good Friday.

Rubbish Chinese company. I've demanded a refund. Let's see how that plays out.

Don’t buy anything from them! Their return policy is you paying additional fees or keeping the item/s at a 50% discount. It’s just a joke of a business

I ordered a short sleeved tai chi outfit. I ordered an X-LARGE because I read to order a sizer larger. I was told on Jan 30 I would have it by Feb 9. It sat in Illinois for a solid week. I finally got it on Feb 18. There is no way it is an X-LARGE. It barely fits me and I am 5’6” tall. Supposed to fit up to 6’. No possible way. I would never buy from this company again.

Paid $38.12 for shirts that I wouldn't pay $5 for. Ordered size XL and they sent 3XL that wouldn't fit a 10 year old.
