What a stupid answers the staff gives that our lgorithms decide the profiles to be shown to you.
The preferences I put, they show all out of context non preferences.
Then they say take VIP shaadi. Pay heavy cost.
What about I paid the premium, it should make sense.

Shaadi.com is a scam. Mostly profiles are fake and non-serious and they not give you refund at any condition.

Shaadi.com agent told me use premium membership till 30 days and then ask for refund but when I contact him after 30 days they refused to give refund and giving me non sense excuses.

Stay away this online platform and find a good partner in your near by.

I don’t recommend vip membership. Relationship manger waste our time. Give profile outside of our cast. Complaint many time but nothing change. Told them to give money back but now they are not picking up call. I wasted 3 months with taking VIPSHADI membership and it’s expires now .

There are 99.99% Indian girls sitting on the website. I tried to find someone from my country but it looks like that it’s created my an Indian person for accommodating their own country people not us. In my opinion it is not worthy. Waste of time. The system throws again and again Indian rishtas only without checking my preferences I already added in the system. I will cancel the subscription after one more week of struggle

Biggest scam this site .all profiles is fake on free basic accounts you will get so many responses.and when you take subscription and reply to them .profiles disappear for 2 week 1 month.i saw some girls pictures on this platform and i know them in real life and they are married all ready.these peace of shit site .is only to make money thier is 70 % girls profiles is fake stay away from this and dont buy any subscription from them

I filed a grievance due 2 being hurt by staff at Shaadi. I'm trying 2 fairly register on a dating site 4 a chance 2 meet a beautiful Indian lady. I have verified the text code with the correct internal department, & then they asked for me to send a copy of my driver's license, which I did & I am fully in compliance with rules & regulations. I waited the proper 24-48 hours 2 get approved 2 log in yet was rejected with an excuse of basically, We have no matches, & I know this is a default excuse as my other friends got the same replies. I was told will be activated after send info. They lied 2 me about sending my identification (Driver license) with DOB & other personal information on it & still refused to activate me. Clearly I'm a real person & not some fake scammer trying 2 create a profile. They had me wait 4 days with just responses as "we are wirking on your request". Now they email me & demand I send Education Proof (Latest Educational Certificate/Examination Result from a recognized university/institute). AND: Occupation Proof (Employment Letter, Business Ownership Proof) clearly showing your name and designation.

To be honest, the so called vip membership isnt even a vip membership. God knows why people are convinced into false claims.

no customer service, no positive experience. It’s an absolute nightmare to work with. Consultants keep going on holidays, only connect with you 1x times a week and say oh i’ll put some more profiles… 😂

My family is doing a better job at finding profiles on the app and connecting and interacting with them, then their so called consultants so far.

We went with Shaadi.com thinking it’s a reputable company to work with, its an absolute JOKE to work with.

Looked at the BAD reviews previously, advisor said sir every business has those customers we couldn’t satisfy, we understood and gave it a try, lol it’s a absolute nightmare to work with this company. Better get yourself a premium trial and keep going. Dont get into these consultants and all this nonsense.

Shadi.com is not a reliable and trusted platform, and it engages in fraud with customers. My membership payment has not been refunded. I have wasted Rs 3000. Customer support is useless. Playing only a mind game, he will force you to pay more. Please don’t waste your money and time.

I was worried about fake profiles but after seeing real Shaadi.com reviews around me, I gave it a chance. My suggestion is to connect with people who have a verification badge and take time before sharing details. I did this and that’s how I met someone genuine.

Third class. All fake old dead profiles. All profile hides their numbers. There is no meaning of taking premium account. Profiles shows fake online. Anupam mittal is just making a big scam. Just trap people for payment and no refund. Nothing.

My experience of this website has been incredibly poor.

To speak to, or to reply to any of the messages you receive you have to pay a membership fee. I went for the cheapest as being new to the website, I wanted to trial it first. Having bought the membership I was still unable to reply to any of the messages. I contacted their customer services team via online chat who told me I was being transferred to another department. I set in the queue for 20 mins and was asked if my query had been resolved. No.....because I was still waiting for someone to help me.

Having skimmed briefly over some of the other members without membership, it's clear to see this website does not do any background checks or anything. I say this as there were a couple of people I recognise, the security of this website is certainly a concern and issue at it's worst.

Shaadi app is a scam. The customer service team is useless. I was charged $114.00 on 3 Jan 2025 and paid Shaadi.com directly. I was issued an invoice no. SH 250103090080 by email. But I could not access the app. I reported the matter, So Shaadi customer support asked me to provide new email address and phone number to create a new profile. After that I received charges from Apple through my local telco company StarHub to pay $199.98. Document no. 153901035459 Apple invoice. This issue was also reported to Shaadi and I showed proof of payment of $114. They told me not to worry and will not charge me $199.98. But they charged me again. I was shocked to receive the bill from StarHub. They declined receiving the excessive payment of $199.98. Shaadi is blaming Apple support for sending me the bill of $199.98. I strongly feel I have been scammed and double payments for this subscription. You guys are not doing anything but just declining my request to cancel the payment. This is a scam!

Their VIP representative are mostly uneducated for 12 pass or higher, I opted for Shaadi VIP services I am very disappointed, they will share profiles with you on the designated dates without talking to prospects and then they tell you to share them invite, once you share the invite to the profiles shared by Shaadi VIP representative, it will get declined by the the prospect and same thing will repeat till the time your subscription is expired. I followed up with customer care they will also not be able to help you and they will talk about standard operating procedure. I do not know what kind of VIP service they are giving by charging 18 K to 20 K for service. Also I observed that the VIP representative will be having may clients like yourself and they just source the profile from shaadi.com and share it to all of them and later on they will tell you they don't have time they have to cater to other clients as well. Don't fall for the trap of sales team of Shaadi.com it gimmick and they make tons of money out of this. Also all the reviews on shaadi.com official website are put by shaadi.com employees only and there is no way you can upload genuine reviews.

If your having bad experiences or no matches on the website.. just leave some info here that your looking and what type and a nice profile photo on your review.. saves cash and all the people looking for marriage have all come from the website to here anyway to anger there frustration.. hope this makes sense..

I am creating profile for my brother in shaadi.com..i am searching groom in this app but not matched properly...last 2 days customer care team called me and talking unwanted questions..
I am already told I having new born baby and had busy..but she is continuously making lot of calls called and tortured me..again and again that team calling ....
