A RIP OFF THAT COST ME $95.

I paid $95 for the lady to use her Accuquilt fabric cutter plus material and postage( She had a booth at a Phoenix quilt show.)She said it would be 6-8 weeks and ended up waiting 4 months for her to send it. I had to call and call to finally receive it! Twice she said it was ready to mail out, BUT it NEVER ARRIVED and by the time it did I was sick and tired of dealing with it!!!! Stupidly I threw it on one side and didn't check it. BIG mistake! Turns out I am VERY short of one color.
The yellow fabric was cut wrong so I can only use the WRONG side of the fabric when the correct side is patterned with varying color. She put a note in saying I could use the wrong side of the yellow maybe she did that because she KNEW it had been cut wrong but that's NOT what I paid for.
The sewing shop I use commented that they had heard she does not back her products.
I have called her and texted her and she just IGNORES it.
Customer service! HA!
