Bought a packable jacket at a very good price on the sale.

It really was 40% off, not the "up to" in very small writing that could mean anything from 1% up to 40%, many companies use.

Jola, the customer assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful; constantly apologising about the time it was taking to locate the correct size of the item from the store room.

She patiently told me how to actually pack the jacket into it's own pouch and even gave me a bottle of water at the end of the sale - it's the little things that count.

Returned my item, which I sent in error to an incorrect returns address. Nevin processed an exchange before having processed the returned item and went above and beyond to agree this with his manager. Fantastic customer service. The build quality of the product was also first-class.
