I've just replaced my Shade Umbrella after 15 years, so pleased they I could still buy the exact same umbrella. They are easy to put up, don't blow away if secured properly and lightweight.

After placing my order, I realised the following day that I had not ordered enough EasyKlips. Alana was fantastic and I was able to add the extra items very easily and efficiently.
As far as the product is concerned, the shade cloth is honestly the best quality I have ever had and I highly recommend Shade Australia. I will be buying from them again, guaranteed.

It took about 27 days from placing the order online to the umbrella arriving at my rural NSW address, and I did have to follow up with both Shade Australia and the freight carrier to track its progress. That said, the umbrella itself is absolutely worth it—top quality materials, sturdy build, and exactly as described. It’s far superior to typical patio umbrellas from hardware stores. This is my second purchase over the past three years, and I’m really glad to see the product quality has remained consistent. The only area for improvement would be the logistics, as I experienced similar delays the first time as well
