I ordered a pair of Tom Ford…
I ordered a pair of Tom Ford sunglasses. For some reason when the order went through it changed to the wrong colour option (this was not my mistake either). I sent a total of 4 emails to which I still to this day haven’t received a response. There is no way to contact them via telephone either. Glasses arrived and I guess I’m stuck with them now. Won’t use them again simply due to the appalling communication, or lack thereof.
