Customer Service isn't the best
Item took 3/4 to be sent out to be shipped and another additional week for the item to arive. I emailed multiple times and they kept giving the same answer which wasn't helpful at all.

Horrible service - Order Never Came
Horrible service. An order was placed for a sweatshirt for my daughter for Christmas on 11/30/17. It never came and it was impossible to reach anyone at Shadow Hill. No effort made to make up for the gift not arriving in time for Christmas. Very disappointing. Would never order from them again.

I agree with the previous poster only my experience was worse. We ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter's Christmas gift in November and my husband's credit card was charged - $99 - but the product has not been shipped. We have tried reaching them numerous times by email (no phone # - not a good sign) to inquire about the status but the responses we get are essentially lies (product is shipping Tuesday, product should ship out on Saturday, etc.). Clearly something going on there...Now we have to go back to Visa to see if we can get a refund and my daughter will not get her present.

Warning to Canadian residents....do not buy from this site unless you want to pay double the cost of your purchase. I paid about $70 for a hoodie and they charged $28 shipping....it's a lot but my daughter wanted one for Christmas. Then I get a notice that my order has arrived and I owe another $25 to DHL!!!!! A complete rip off. I will never order from this website again.
