Shag is a total scam they have another site called hookup with identical format and profiles. And you get the same responses from women. "I don't have social media" it's 2021 who doesn't have social media. They are paid commission to operate multiple fake accounts to keep men buying coins with no intention of ever meeting them. When I told 3 of them I'm not buying any more credits. I got the same reply. Word for word from all 3.

It is a con. Way to many good looking profile pictures in comparison to standard dating sites (Tinder, POF, Bumble). To be able to message other 'members' you need to buy credits. Sign up and within 5 minutes you will receive a massage. Fake members aren't interested in meeting up, just answer questions with questions to keep you messaging. Like the old phone sex lines keep you holding on to spend more. Avoid like the plague!!! Be warned

It's a total scam fake profiles I know this because I dabbled on it 3 years ago still got the same profiles.
Recipients don't even receive your messages all responses are automated very clever though. They are good at drawing you in .
Don't fall for it they just want you to spend your credits. I repeat do NOT JOIN THIS SITE.

Hi guys, I've been using the site shag. It is in my opinion a very effective con. I pride myself on being a man with clarity. I spent £90 over two weeks or so talking to a 22 yeah old babe & yeah I wanted it to be ture. A few things looked like they did not quite make sense then tonight when I talk about location to meet. The modle had no lollection off the arrangement. Hence I looked at the reviews, well the first one I read said my experience. After I've put my self in a position, were if I was that person/person's I would of felt humiliated. Self loth of some sort of thing. Shag support has been useless . I have reported numerous suspect profiles in dact have not found a single profile genuine . They are all fake as far as i can tell . I would like to know why not one person actually wants a date. i found numerous pics lifted from web usually amateur porn from europe years ago .obviously fake profiles. This must be Shag themselves but their support is rubbish . They give no proper feedback just excuses and ask me to send reports basically doing their job

This site is a scam. Never meet

I ended up trying this site recently and what made it obvious that it was fraudulent was the fact my profile was incorrect, I had no pictures on it and still I was getting requests to chat. Then, one evening I wasn’t feeling too good and went to bed for a brief lay down but fell asleep until the early hours. When I woke up at around 3am wide awake and bored, I thought I’d go on shag and have a search about. When you look at a profile there usually follows a message from the women you look at so unsurprisingly I got a message from 3 or 4 women at 3am in the morning on a week day.Nothing remarkable about that but all of them awake at that time in the morning?? Then I came across one girl from up North who also lived down South at the same time and had two different names!!! My last experiment was to look for my profile by searching for men of my age in my area. I could not find my profile anywhere!!! My next experiment will be to set up an account as a girl and try to find that and then try to communicate. There are probably genuine folks on there but the common denominator is we are all being scammed the same way at the same time.

Don't waste your money. Loads of responses wanting lots of chat . It's amazing how many slots live in your village. Ask them something only a lochal would know . They won't answer that just ask another question that needs another expensive reply
