Shocking quality
ordered a rug from this company the quality was really really bad.the rug is sooo thin and light even though it is a big rug! i can hold the rug with 2 fingers easily it moves around and is so thin you can see all the matting through the fibres pleas do not buy i order lots of things online but this rug has to be seen to be believed DO NOT BUY

I ordered and paid for two shaggy rugs in Coffee colour and was sent the wrong colour, I have emailed now 3 times for Shahgyrugs uk to sort this out but I have not got a reply, would I recommend....NO

Ordered a rug but a different colour arrived .Contacted the company who said they would send out return labels .Two weeks later nothing .Then was asked to pay the postage and they would refund me .They then offered me a refund and I kept the rug .No refund so far and the rug wasn't worth the 29.99

Delivery is M.I.A. with no updates
Ordered a gift before Christmas and was due to be delivered 10 days before and I still have not received. Neither have I been provided with the courier name or tracking number. I have been chasing and have yet to receive a response. Poor customer service.
