I would not ever order from this company. I placed an order in November and it is still not here. I asked for a full refund which they refuse to refund me and have stopped communicating me regarding my order so I am out the money and will never order from this website again.

I had placed an order but there was a small issue with it. The customer service at shahzadi couture was amazing, the workers went out of their way to ensure that my issue was dealt with.
I was given alternative options, i was offered additional help and my issue was investigated.
I am very pleased with the item i have got even though it wont be for me now i am pleased to keep it as a gift.
I will def be repurchasing from the company! Thank you for everything!

Overall slightly disappointed with the quality of my outfit,the material feels quite cheap.I feel the model on the website is wearing a superior product,quite misleading.For the price not a bad product and it did arrive promptly.

Had bought a navy blue suit, the embroidery on the pants and dupatta both ripped within the first hour of wearing. Seemed very cheap. The design and fit is great otherwise. Disappointed with the quality. The other outfit I ordered was great though.

Quality is the best. Highly recommended suits that have elegance and style. Pleasure to be a customer to this company for many years to come. You have my support. You want quality suits this is the place to buy along with their sister site my clothing warehouse. Thanks again!

I will never shop anywhere else for my salwar kameez’s again. This place is amazing. Everything is so beautiful and fits nice with the perfect material. Even the plain salwar kameez comes with such beautiful scarfs to break it up and make it stand out. I’ve ordered 3 times now and have never been disappointed with the items or customer service ☺️ X
