Pathetic Brand Values & Pure Disrespect for Full Advance Paying Customers
I’ve been a repeat customer of Shahzeb Saeed—this was my 4th order, and I trusted them enough to pay 100% in full advance. That trust was completely thrown back in my face.
My package arrived under tracking #209706659 containing only 2 shirts; the perfume bottle was missing entirely. What followed was a total display of pathetic brand values and disgraceful customer treatment:
Shameful Dragging & Ghosting: I spent 5 to 6 straight days chasing their support team while they dragged their feet saying they were "checking."
Zero Accountability: They eventually dropped warehouse CCTV footage on me to claim it was "dispatched complete" from their end—and the very moment they wiped their hands clean, they completely stopped responding to my messages.
Zero Respect for the Buyer: When an advance-paying customer receives a tampered or short shipment, a reputable brand steps up, investigates the courier, and resolves the buyer's issue. Shahzeb Saeed chose to hide behind an automated video clip and ignore me entirely.
Taking a customer’s hard-earned money upfront and then ghosting them the second something goes wrong proves this brand has zero integrity and zero respect for the people keeping their business running.
Avoid paying advance to Shahzeb Saeed at all costs. A brand that treats returning, paying customers like garbage doesn't deserve a single rupee.

I bought two shirts from this brand
I bought two shirts from this brand, and after only a short period of use, the colors became dull and faded significantly. The quality does not justify the price, and the products did not maintain their original appearance as expected. I expected much better durability from a reputed brand. Unfortunately, I would not recommend these shirts based on my experience.
