Late delivery

The products are great, it just the delivery was late. I ordered them on Wednesday morning and paid an additional £4.99 for express delivery (1-2 working days). However, the did not arrive until Monday morning which is the standard delivery time which would have been for free. I will be requesting a refund of the express delivery fee.

Zero customer service response

Thanks for asking me for a review. My phone autocompleted the wrong address and as soon as I sent the order I immediately tried to contact customer service to tell them the right address. I did this both via email and on their website online form. No reply, and they still sent it to the wrong address where I was unable to retrieve them - I therefore paid the full price and have no product. I’m sure they’re great bands but it would have been nice for someone to actually be able to take a customer service request before the product is sent for delivery.

We’re sorry that you’ve not received your bands.

The shipment was posted to the address given but we didn’t pick up your email, which is an error on our part.

Our email system went down and we lost incoming emails, including notifications via trustpilot.

It has all been fixed now.

We will send out another set of bands to the new address given with a free gift for you.

Excellent product

Excellent product. Will be wearing it at football for extra support.
Great fit (large) and nice colour (charcoal grey/black).
Value for money - excellent.

I honestly thought these could be a…

I honestly thought these could be a gimmick but I’ve bought them as they came recommended by YouFit and I’m on the programme so why not. And wow. You get more out of these than free standing weights. Get your form right and the tension on the exercises and you certainly feel it.

Best value resistance bands on the market

I've used my resistance bands for 2 months now and they're in just as good condition as the day I bought them! My clients and friends are also using them as part of their workouts and seeing some fantastic results. The best value bands on the market 100%!

As good as going to the gym

Ordered the shape bands when all gyms shut during lockdown. I have been very pleasantly surprised. I have been able to work all muscle groups and also improved cardio vascular.
I have been able to keep shape if not improved. All in all very impressed
