This company is an absolute scam. I ordered some shapewear about 2 months ago for wedding. The order went through wrong and was the wrong size. When I contacted customer service to try to have it fixed they said they couldn’t do anything until I’d received it. Fine. I waited and tried to return it when I received it (a month late by the way). They wouldn’t let me return it after I received it without paying more than I already had for the product in shipping, so the only other option was keep it and get store credit for the amount of the product. Not exactly what I was hoping for but I’ll get over it. I go to use the credit, it’s invalid. I email them AGAIN saying it doesn’t work. They respond telling me that the total amount of the purchase has to be more than the credit, not including shipping…..this “fine print” was not included in ANY of the original emails about the returns/exchanges. They only bothered to let me know after I’d agreed to it and tried to use it. All it is is just a scam into getting me to buy more stuff. But if I don’t? I’m out $40 of the original product anyway. So I found the cheapest thing they sell to add to the order. THEN I get yet ANOTHER email that that product isn’t even SOLD ANYMORE. They sent me a link to products I could exchange it for except there were no products on the link. After a long back and forth I finally just picked something that was close enough to just end it. Every version of this ordered was changed and messed up by this company and I’m the one who had to give them extra money for it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SHAPELILY.

I accidentally ordered two identical bodysuit five days apart and obviously wanted to return one of them. After endless backwards and forwards emails where Shapelily were extremely unhelpful and where Shapelily refused to give me their return address or to refund the full £29.99, offering only 30% refund or a gift card, I finally decided to use the gift card for another item. After confirming my order, they then sent me another email saying the item is out of stock. Here’s the clever bit!.. the bodysuit I wanted was free to me as I had the gift card but they still charged me £7 shipping!.. This is completely unfair and violates UK consumer rights. I demand an immediate refund of £36.99 or I will escalate through my bank and Citizens Advice.
