Order not received- 45 days later

Placed an order on the 29th of October and I have still not received it to date (11 December 2024).
Sent 2 follow up emails however I have not received a status of my order, simply an apology and that an urgent follow up will be sent to the shipper.
Is this a scam, absolutely disappointed with the service.

If I could give zero I would but it makes me pick at least one star... So be it.
Their customers service is a joke. This whole company smells like a scam from a mile...
I put an order and after 3 weeks, a day after I said this product doesn't even show shipped via the tracking they provided, somehow they send me an confirmation from usps as delivered the day after I complained. In reality nothing was delivered. I contacted the customer service and in extremely rude way I was told to go ask my neighbors if anyone took my package from my mailbox.
Nevertheless I said nothing was delivered and I am opening the case with American Express if they do not refund the order, and if they think it was delivered elsewhere they are the original shipper so they can claim insurance on the package after opening the case with USPS. They were extremely rude, threatening me that they will deny any responsibility if American Express doesn't release the money. Never again will I ever get scam like this. Shame on them!

These are so poorly made

These are so poorly made, not a correct size, awful feel. What a joke of a company. They get the items shipped from China then put a label over it and send it to to customer.

Can’t return
Took forever to get the bras. And even though the ad said easy returns after 30
Days they say you only have 14 days to return.

Bras were ok but didn’t fit

I sent 2 emails over a week and got one response that I would get a response in 48 hours. Still no response. I disputed with my credit card.

I recently purchased these bras. However the add plainly stares a 30 day money back guarantee. I got them in my size, they do not fit and are extremely hard to fasten in the back! Especially for larger women . This is my response I got back when trying to return them…

Scam

Scam. These bras are not comfortable and cheaply made. Does not give the results they say. Tried to make a return within the 14 days and no one has returned my emails. I have reached out several times and going on a month now. I am about to report them to my bank as fraud

There is no “hassle free easy returns” and the priority shopping is very, very slow! The site is misleading. I ordered 2 different sizes of the same product foolishly thinking I could try them on and send one back. I also had a week until the event I wanted to wear it to so I paid the extra for ‘premium and priority’ shipping. *Really* wish I had read these reviews first! Not only did it take over a week for the items to arrive (no time scale was given), but as they arrived late and the body suits are not as advertised, I want to return the entire order but also I am now getting the same ‘we don’t accept returns for a refund due to hygiene reasons’. The items are not good quality - I am going to stick with my H&M bodysuit and continue to pursue my money from this lot.

Will not let you return item

Wish I could give you no star
Website returns policy you can return within 14 days but once you try to return goods they say you can’t for hygiene reasons. Very poor customer service, my advice is to avoid this company you can get better service elsewhere. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordering.

Awful company

Awful quality products. Take ages to be delivered then they make it as hard as they can to return. Also not stating when purchasing that certain products can’t be returned. Avoid this company.

I couldn’t believe this

I couldn’t believe this. I was got given a refund when they sent me the wrong sizes and colors. Then they want you to pay an extra fee to fix there mistakes. 60 bucks down the drain. I’ve never been so upset. The worst experience I have ever had with a company you can get the same thing on Amazon.

Very poor service

I ordered buy one get one free in M. Immediately after ordering I realised I needed a S so emailed them and they said they changed my order and got confirmation email. I received M after waiting 9 days for delivery. I emailed customer services who said to send them back ( cost to me) saying sorry I didn’t like them. No apology , very complicated returns saying it takes up to 14 days to refund. Obviously making it very difficult to return . Avoid this company I thought this was a UK company but products come from china.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. I received the bras and they don’t fit properly. Followed their return protocol and still have not heard back from anyone. I’m still get promotional emails. Scam company beware!

Don’t waste your money folks!!!

Don’t waste your money folks! They do not give the “sinched” look as stated in all of the ads. It didn’t seem to pull me in anywhere and infact made around the back even worse. I’ve emailed for a return but don’t hold out much hope. Save your money guys and buy a trusted and proven brand. Really disappointed!!!

Awful - Do not buy from this company

I purchased two bodysuit size M using the size guide. When they arrived they were too big. I contacted customer services to say I wanted to return and asked for an address. Shapely said they would only exchange and not refund which I find odd as they are still taking the item back. I then asked for an address as it does not appear on the website or the email. Five days later four emails still no address has been supplied. I get the feeling Shapely is wasting time as you only have 14 days to return. Awful service, company and product.
