The size exchange process isn't particularly difficult, though you can only do it through email. The people I talked to were helpful and nice, and I eventually will get the sizes I need

I have written to their support team to request a refund and get automated messages asking me to take a survey. I took the survey and then they offer me a 50% discount. The shirts were not as advertised. Don't buy anything from the company.

I have mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, the products themselves were actually good quality and the packaging was very nice, which shows they care about the physical delivery.

However, I found the checkout process to be quite deceptive. I accepted an offer for a "free item," only to realize a few days later that it had automatically enrolled me in a recurring subscription. Using these kinds of dark patterns to secure subscribers is a dodgy practice that really sours the customer experience.

To their credit, when I reached out to complain, they processed my cancellation and a full refund immediately. While the support team was helpful and the items were solid, I won't be recommending them because I don't believe in supporting businesses that use misleading tactics to sign people up for recurring charges.

Advice to others: The products are great, but watch your cart very carefully for hidden subscriptions.

Great product I really loved the feel of the material and it fit really well I just needed a smaller size other than that it feels great material is made from quality material

They subsribed me into their FIT DAD program which apparently looks like free but it has now taken two $5 payments from my account and even though I have sent emails to cancel but still the money keeps leaking to their accounts. GREAT JOB LOSERS!

I had an issue with one of the shaperluv vests I ordered. It was too big as I’m losing weight. So when I emailed support about it they have sent me two in a smaller size and let me keep the original one I ordered. Can’t fault that. 5 stars

Well made and comfortable, the size chart was alittle big. Shipping was also fast. I would buy again.

Shaperluv advertises 3–5 day shipping. That is flat-out misleading. My order took over 3 weeks to arrive. If you can’t meet your own delivery promises, don’t advertise them—it’s deceptive, plain and simple.
When I reached out for a refund due to the excessive delay, they refused. No accountability and zero willingness to fix their mistake.
It gets worse. I disputed the charge with my credit card (as any reasonable customer would), and instead of resolving the issue, Shaperluv told my card provider that I received the item and pushed to have the charge reinstated. That’s not customer service—that’s dodging responsibility and forcing the customer to fight for their own money.
And the product? Not even worth the trouble. I followed their sizing guide exactly, and the item came way too big. So not only did they fail on delivery and service, their sizing system is completely unreliable.
Keeping my money after a failed delivery promise, a poor-quality fit, and a dispute escalation is unacceptable.

Shipped immediately, great product

Normally I ain’t the one to be fanning over online products but boiiii this shape wear is lowkey pretty good I was getting late for school and I had like 11 minutes to be out that door and as I was headed out I saw my package on the table so I quickly ran back and opened it. NGL when I opened it I was horrified cus it looked hella small and short but that was the good thing I guess cus it was hard to put on but it did such a good job. It lowkey made an active difference and at first it did feel a bit tight but throughout the day it got even more breathable and it actually feels good to wear so yea would recommend and incase you are worrying about sizes then here’s mine:
I am a pretty huge guy who wears 2XL/3XL tees but I bought this as a large and I’m actually considering buying 2 more but in a medium so yea hope that helps

The shaperluv showed up quick. The fit was perfect and love the length. It’s gonna be the only under shirt I wear!

I fell in Love with the Original product due to solid fit and texture. My original order was a XL and it was fabulous, i ordered more but it was the new version 2.0, which the new material was not the same as the original, I asked for a smaller size or return the product for a refund due to the change in material. Love the product still but please go back to the original product.

The products fit perfectly. Had a small issue on ordering but the customer service representative (Victoria) was fantastic in helping me and resolving the small issue quickly I definitely recommend this product to others

The company uses real models, that's huge. Seeing the shirts work on a real person is important. The products are well made and the prices are decent. They have a good exchange time frame.

It, really does work, very comfortable to wear. It doesn't make u sweat like some others. I got XL first, but now i am at L and it is even better.
