I'm so hesitant to even send 1 star. I placed an order the beginning of January and I'm still waiting. Not even joking!! Various emails have been sent and I requested a refund. Instead they reshipped my order (not that I wanted them to) and told me it would be here 1st week in April and I'm still waiting. Again I have requested an email so be very interesting to see whether I get it
Very sad I gave then my for exchange but they never sent me back
I carefully checked the correct size to order but it was nowhere near promised measurements. Just annoying.

I'm disappointed because I didn't know this item would ship from China. I bought this two or three weeks ago and I'm still waiting for it and I'm scared it won't fit if it's a Chinese size and I'm scared of the quality too. Whenever I track the item it says is leaving the origin country since 3rd of December. And the funny part is because I haven't received it yet I can't ask for a refund.
I am upset about it.

Hi Jessica - Just looking into this for you and I can see you placed your order 2 weeks ago. Shipping times for Free Delivery are 7 - 15 Business Days - this does not include weekend days as the shipping company will not deliver on weekends. We provide an estimated delivery date on the website right under the Buy Now / Add to Cart button so that we are fully transparent and our customers are fully aware of delivery times. However, we do appreciate that this can be missed. We also advised during Black Friday our shipping times may increase a little due to high demand. This was done by placing a banner at the top of the page. You should receive your item this week which will be within the estimated and advised delivery dates. The particular shapewear you ordered run out of stock in the UK and, therefore, we have to ship from our warehouse overseas. Don't worry about sizing, as long as you followed the size guide you will be fine and quality is great as with all of our shapewear. Regarding any returns we are always willing to do our very best for our customers and if there is any concern of quality or issues with fitting we always accept returns. I hope you can appreciate that we can only issue a refund once the item is returned to us. Otherwise, anyone could simply order, receive the product, happily use it and ask for a refund giving them a free product. All were ill fitted and I could not return because of the no return policy with underwear and bodyshapers.
I am editing on here because I am unable to reply to your message -shapewear. How do I get a refund for these items?
Again I am coming here because you have not responded to my email regarding my refund. This is the most frustrating online purchase and transaction I have ever made😡 I need my money back. But had a payment plan through klarna and the last £90+ is due in 5 days. I am expected to make a full payment for bad product and service. I need my money back

I haven't received my item yet. It's been 2 weeks and it hasn't left China yet. While I'm not expecting a quick delivery, I thought it might have arrived after 2 weeks.
Since it hasn't arrived yet I can't comment on my satisfaction with the item itself.
I have awarded 3 stars on the assumption that the item will meet my expectations when it arrives.

Package took ages to be delivered and item was about half the size it should have been - could not even begin to put it on - not impressed complete waste of time and money - got a much better version cheaper on Amazon!
EDIT: have been told to return the item but the returns policy is so stirct I highly doubt it is worth sending back for a refund

Your Shapewear was delivered within 13 days of your order - Free Shipping clearly states 7-15 days, not including processing times and we provide estimated delivery dates on our website. We have Priority Shipping available which is 3-5 days. If the shapewear does not fit then we are more than happy for you to return and we will refund you.
