Absolute rubbish. I bought a Shark Jet Open Visor helmet 2 months ago and there is clearly a design fault as the side lever has sprung open. The same happened to exactly the same one my friend bought brand new. That was fixed by Sportsbike shop as they are decent. But Shark are refusing all help to get the one I bought from XL Moto fixed and have denied any liability for the warranty on an 8 week old helmet. Don’t trust the Shark Warranty it’s not worth the paper it’s written on.

I bought a Shark Spartan RS Matt black/red/anthracite and on first use I had real problems with the visor misting. I was riding through some heavy rain and even noticed water running down the inside of the visor with resulting severe fogging. On inspection the following day I found a gap between the visor and the rubber seal particularly on the left side and returned the helmet. The technician at SBS tried to adjust the visor but it didn’t make any difference. SBS were great and ordered another one but it had the identical problem - suggesting the batch may be defective. In my view, this makes this helmet dangerous to use. This is a shame because otherwise I thought it was well made and comfortable - but with this defect I can’t give it more than one star.
