Without any valid reason, the account was disabled. There is no customer care support, and the dashboard is showing a fake payout certificate (SHARK FUNDED).

My experience with SharkFunded has been disappointing so far.

- Support response times are slow, often taking 5–6 hours to reply.
- My payout has not been processed even after more than 48 hours.
- Communication from the support team is delayed, and there is little clarity on when issues will be resolved.

I understand that reviews and compliance checks can take time, but faster responses and more transparent communication would greatly improve the experience. I hope my payout is processed soon and that these issues are addressed.

First rule- They have written on news trading that opening and closing the trades within 5 min befire news and 5 min after news is prohibited and the profit will be deducted from the account and i followed that and when they mailed me when i requested the payout they changed the rule to 10 min and it frustrated me and i tried to talk with support,The support also didn’t responded me as they just want to scam their clients and just paying to the influencers only.
Because of these influencers i lost my over 15-5k in this propfirm which is doing scam.
They told me that it was a news breach so i opened a new account and avoided trading during news and with hardwork i took my account in 19.20 dollar profit and i am talking about instant bolt account which is their most popular account and when i requested them the payout they again rejected it and saying i used martingale
Are they dumb and cannot see the martingale strategy as i placed the trades under my risk parameters and after that i remained profitable and i had a good RR and without RR i do not mark it ad win. They rejected my payout with false allegations. They make me broke and took all money that i had even though i recommend everyone not to join them and if shark funded will watch this review and if not remove it then look at it and atleast don’t scam your customers even with me.

My payout hasn't arrived in my wallet, and the crypto wallet address has also been changed.

Shark funded is big scam don’t buy west money only

I passed Phase 1 of my Shark Funded challenge and received a confirmation email stating that my account had passed and would be reviewed before being upgraded to the next phase.

However, it has now been more than 24 hours and I still have not received my Phase 2 account credentials. The lack of communication and delay in processing is frustrating, especially after successfully meeting all challenge requirements.

I hope the support team can improve the speed of account reviews and keep traders updated about expected waiting times. So far, my experience after passing Phase 1 has been disappointing due to the delay.

My experience with SharkFunded has been very disappointing.

My account was disabled for an alleged news-trading violation. However, according to my trading records, I closed my trade on 17 June at approximately 9:00 PM, while the high-impact news event I checked was scheduled for 11:30 PM.

Based on the information available to me, the trade was closed around 2.5 hours before the news release. Because of this, I do not understand how my activity was classified as a news violation.

I contacted support and requested clarification, but the explanation provided did not satisfactorily address the timing discrepancy. As a trader, I expect rules to be applied transparently and consistently, especially when account termination is involved.

I encourage anyone considering SharkFunded to carefully document their trades and review all rule interpretations before purchasing an account.

One the wrost and scam propfirm.
First he add all country in his country list after you purchase. They said we dont operate in that country. Its full of scam if you dont operate in that country why you complete his purchase at the time of purchase you dont notice the IP address . Support team no response only said we dont allowe this country trades. I use all propfirm but my experinced with sharkfunded is 100 out of -000 percent. Its totally scam .

I joined Shark Funded after being impressed by the MSR podcasts and public statements about transparency, professionalism, and trader-friendly policies. Unfortunately, my actual experience has been the complete opposite.

The biggest issue is the lack of consistency. The website says one thing, moderators say another, and support often gives different answers altogether. As a trader, how are you supposed to follow rules when the firm’s own representatives cannot provide a clear and consistent explanation?

What disappointed me even more was the way criticism is handled. Instead of addressing legitimate concerns, messages are deleted and users are blocked. If your rules are clear, defend them. If your decisions are fair, explain them. Silencing criticism only creates more suspicion.

You speak a lot about transparency and professionalism. But transparency is tested when difficult questions are asked, not when everyone agrees with you. Deleting criticism and blocking traders does not build trust—it destroys it.

And this frustration is not mine alone. Many traders have raised similar concerns regarding communication, rule clarity, and moderation practices.

The podcasts and marketing create one image of the company. The actual experience creates another.

That is why, for me, Shark Funded has become “SCAM Funded.”
