The Ninja Air Fryer Max Pro 6.2L is incredible. I cooked chicken as my first test, and it came out perfectly crispy on the outside and tender inside. Easy to use, fast cooking, and simple to clean. Highly recommended!

Super product! Take just a little place in the kitchen. Very very easy for use. Perfect for small kitchen, small familly, fast meal. My aspolut favorite thing is freshly backed buns for breakfast for my little daughter

I tested the product throughout so i can have a complete opinion detailed for the ones that are hesitant if they need this product or not .
1. The whole set bag accessories and the dryer itself looks and feels high quality the bag is very practical and sturdy.
2.The package came carefully sealed looks that they try to bring everything with care
3. Each and one accessory does what it promises they are high quality and they lock securely into the dryer itself with a switch to unlock and to lock .
4.Now for the hair dryer itself is beautiful the limited sparkle edition is extremely beautiful and eye catching. They are 3 settings for heat and 3 for power that is very practical if you want to control the heat and use as less as possible so hair doesn’t get as heat damage .( of course always use with a heat protector) . The dryer is powerful dries my hair super quick and i have super long thick hair . Truthfully is loud but i haven’t found a hair dryer that is not for me personally is not a big issue i knew choosing to style my hair with a air system will require for me to hear its noice . Also becomes quite heavy while you style your hair your wrist needs a break halfway at least for me still not a big dealbreaker for me but might be worth mentioning it .
4.Now for the famous air curler hair looks super shiny fluffy and beautiful you have to work in small sections or better the device lets you know how much hair it can wrap . For me personally the buttons are uncomfortable in that position i always struggle to find the cold shot or maybe with time i would be better at it cause definitely it needs some practice to perfect how to do the perfect blowout. Curls do not hold if not done prior with mousse or after with hairspray me i love the loose bouncy look but for the ones that want curls they need to use products to hold it . Just to clarify my hair doesn’t get straight after the blowout with the air curler is just not as curly but definitely looks like a bouncy curl look blowout out of the salon .
To conclude my experience i would definitely recommend the sharkflex does exactly what it promises and does everything without needing extra tools out of the set . Hair looks shinier and fluffier than when using hot tools. In my opinion is an investment worth making. I will definitely liked if shark had a program so you can trade old products when purchasing new cause i am sure that their new system sharkglam has to me amazing and i am dying to try it since i loved the sharkflex .
Ps: For Black Friday as a gift was their smoothing brush also which i tired and found also amazing. The lovely thing with this one was you could use on dry and wet hair . Even though i have everything i need with my sharkflex i use the smoothing brush in dry mode so i can refresh my hair . Is a nice edition to your hair tools good quality not as loud and powerful. If using similar brushes and i have used a couple i find this one better that other brands i have tried .
I reduced the one star only from the loudness and heaviness is not a huge deal but something lighter and less noisy will be more practical

Fast delivery, good packaging.

Im fan of Ninja till today . My multicooker I bought was broke blows up the plugs so I contact customer service they handled well - send me new one . Next few monts problem start exactly this same -electric blow. I contacted CS they send new base. TODAY I contacted CS because problem is repetable , this same model there is no replacement because is out of the warranty . Apparently the warranty not to set the clock after you received new product under warranty . So they offered 30 % only for full model . Readiculs I already have all accessories to this model . They said if you ant this model you can order without discount however is out of stock . !!!!!

Purchased Smart Lid top of the range air fryer July 23. The fan stopped working 2 weeks ago so it won't 'air fry'. Checked the guarantee and it states 'cookware covered by a 10 year guarantee'. Ninja tell me that the 10 years applies to kitchen goods such as knives and that the guarantee period on air fryers is 2 years - nothing about 2 years on the confirmation email they sent me when I purchased - clearly says 10 years not 2! And what is an air fryer if it's not 'cookware'? Checked about trying to repair it myself and a professional repair engineer on Utube states 'that they always fail after a couple of years". Have found this with other Shark/Ninja products - a carpet cleaner that chewed up my carpets and a hand held vacuum that sounds like a jet engine! Will purchase another air fryer but avoid Ninja - I can afford to write it off but a lot of customers will have extended their budget to get a supposedly top level product to find they only get 2 years use! By the way the Ninja was used once daily for two people meals and cleaned assiduously so it's not down to misuse.

Have since had a response from Ninja confirming the guarantee period is 2 years. The guarantee confirmation from Ninja, when I purchased the item reads as follows ' here's a reminder of the length of your guarantee: Cookware is covered by 10 year guarantee' - should read 'Ninja do not consider a cooker to be cookware' so that the position is completely clear! A professional electrical repair mechanic worked on the same problem in a Utube posting and found a weakness in the cable which leads up to the lid and said 'they all fail after a couple of years'. Have binned it now and won't be purchasing any more Ninja or Shark products - the 3 separate items I've bought from their range have all given problems or failed.

As an update I purchased a replacement - same model because it's the only model that's fits into the kitchen space that has a large enough pot. This one lasted 2 months before the electronic display failed and am unable to set temperature or time. This time I purchased from John Lewis with the reassurance that they would honour the 2 year guarantee with an immediate replacement which I have just confirmed. dealing with ninja directly is a pain. Result? Ninja need to sort the electronics - one failed because of the lid wiring and one due to electronic fault - it cooks the food well and has the required capacity but it's a nuisance if, whenever you use it you're worried that a problem might arise! And order from John Lewis - they won't ask you to package it and return to Ninja for 'review' - you can take it to a store for immediate replacement.

As a second footnote - just unpacked the 3rd unit - read thru instructions carefully again - says ensure the anti clog seal is removed after each use and cleaned. Impossible to remove following the instructions. Checked online - the problems so prevalent they've got postings about it but it still won't come out. THESE EXPENSIVE AIR FRYERS ARE BADLY ASSEMBLED AND THE ELECTRONICS ARE HOPELESS! Try another brand unless you want to be continuously repackaging and returning the product to Ninja for their month long 'investigation' - a suggestion Ninja - investigate them properly before you export them!
