Anyone who sells such poorly designed products and then forces the customer to buy half a vacuum cleaner if they want it fixed is not worth anyone's time or money. Please do not buy from them, you will only allow them to continue with their shoddy design and ripoff practices.

Purchased my cordless Shark duo pet edition 3 years ago. It is a powerful vacuum but rather heavy. I have a separate light vac to run round the lounge on a daily basis.
The handheld part is very efficient and excellent for the stairs, car etc. However, difficult to empty as the pet hairs wrap around the filter and even dust and fluff is to light to drop out as it should. The main reason for the negative score is that the run time for the battery is very short, especially on boost and it has now failed and a replacement is £70.

Only had my new vacuum since august and already it’s stopped working. My last one fell to pieces after 11 months but got no where when I reported it

My wife purchased a Shark duo clean with Anti Hair Wrap about 2 years ago despite my objections that we should purchase another Dyson. I must admit that up to about 8 weeks ago I had never used it and always favoured the other older hoover. My first experience with the Shark is that the ball on the hose never stays in place so is always flapping about. The Anti Hair Wrap does not in our case work but I must point out that we have a giant breed dog that sheds hair all the time so often I have to cut hair from the brush. The 3rd thing I find annoying is when I use the nozzle attached to the hose the hoover regularly falls over. OK that’s the bad bits but after some major building work I am still extremely impressed with the suction and the ability to pick up large debris and deposit it in the chamber. Also cleaning of the filters is very easy but messy as it’s always full of dust. Over the last month the Shark has been outstanding comparison to our cordless Dyson whose filter needs a wash about every 3 days. Would I recommend one.? Yes if you are planning a house renovation yes but for everyday light cleaning I would favour the Dyson.

Little bit heavy to steer, but I am not used to the swivel steering so could be me, but gives your carpets a good suck and is good for hard floors too. Good value for money.

A returning customer as so satisfied with my initial purchase around 3 years ago.
Was not replacing that Shark though, rather treating my son to one as his old vacuum had packed up.
He is ecstatic needless to say 👌

The belt on my Shark Pet Brush Tool has stopped working. No problems thinks I I’ll just order a spare. I then discovered that it isn’t possible to order just a belt that would cost a minimum amount you have to order the a whole new unit at £20 😡.
Not particularly environmentally friendly in these times when we are being encouraged to repair instead of replacing everyday items.
So I am now going to contribute to the mountains of plastic waste with something that could have easily been fixed. Plus there’s the cost aspect too!

This is my 2nd purchase of the marvellous little Shark Cleaner...
I wanted to keep one upstairs ...so bought a new one for downstairs..
Smart, efficient and very easy to empty...not too noisy....Attachments are great...doing all tasks with minimum effort...
5 star ...highly recommended

Brilliant hover next day delivery super would recommend shark hoover

Bought the anti hair wrap pet model, clogged up with hair first time I used it. Have to take the roller apart to detangle hair after every use. It's very bulky and heavy. Nowhere to store tools on the machine so you have to cart a box of attachments around as well as the vacuum cleaner. I feel it's a waste of money for me as I already have 2 vacuum cleaners which are more than capable of wrapping themselves in dog hairs without a third one

Good suction by a bit unstable when you take the hose out to use. We have 2 dogs and it seems to cope well with all the dog hair

Good value for money. Not very heavy, compact vacuum cleaner. LED lights at the front is attractive and handy. The option to bend the handle to clean under table is very useful.

Great cleaner very versatile with powerful motor. With lift off cleaner for stairs and those awkward spaces. Love it. Good value for money would recommend.
