Love the pearled spelt and the flakes
Love the pearled spelt and the flakes. They are both delicious. I first had the pearled spelt in Borough Market, they made a mushroom risotto so that made me buy more as it was great and very tasty.

Nice products but old stock and no customer service
Nice products but old stock is delivered. In our case the muesli was produced 8 months ago and has a best before date in July 2023. It's best to buy a small quantity rather than stock your pantry as we prefer to do. The one star is for the non-existant replies to emails.

You bought muesli when it wasn’t on offer (offer had just ended) but you were still sent shorter-dated stock BBE July. We wrote back apologising for this mistake, and refunded you the difference e.g as if it was on sale at 40% off. We also tried calling but there was no answer or response, and thus far no reply to our email. Our email and phone number are on our website, social media and Google. We are a very small team in the office and we strive to provide excellent, personal-approach customer service. We hope that you are satisfied with the solution that was promptly provided.
